- Please ensure you have a working WA number, as your gate access code will be sent to you on the day of check-in, especially for late arrivals.

- Kindly complete your online check-in (move-in journey) well in advance by following all the required steps on the platform.

- If you are checking in before 20:00, you are required to proceed to the Short-Term Letting Office for registration and access codes.
If you are checking in after hours, access details will be shared with you directly.

- Keys are stored in a lockbox, the lockbox code will be provided a day before, or on the day of your check-in.

We have a specialized Whats App chat group when the guest has secured their booking. They use this as way to communicate to reservations for any queries or info needed during their stay.

• Please be advised that a pre-authorization hold will be placed on your card one day prior to check-in as part of our updated damage deposit policy. The held funds will be released within 3 to 7 calendar days after check-out, provided no damages are reported. In the event that damages are identified, the applicable charges will be deducted, and any remaining balance will be released accordingly.
• This is a no smoking unit
• To maintain the privacy and security of our space, we kindly inform guests that visitors are not permitted.
• NB: Drying laundry on the windows or balcony is not allowed at this property, should you ignore this law, you will be fined R1000.00 by the property manager.
• Our unit does not have a backup power source during load shedding events.
• We`re remote hosts, and our team is available to assist you via phone calls and messaging between 8am-10pm daily,
• Note: On-site assistance may incur a 1-hour wait and in a case of lost keys, a call-out fee is applicable.

• Please note that our units are self-catering and do not include daily cleaning or amenity replenishment. A mandatory exit cleaning fee is charged, based on room type, to ensure high standards of cleanliness. All units are equipped with an in-unit washing machine for your convenience.

We offer additional cleaning services at an extra cost. For extended stays, we provide complimentary cleans as follows:
• For stays of 9 days or more – 1 complimentary clean
• For stays of 2 weeks or more – 2 complimentary cleans
• For stays of 1 month or more – 3 complimentary cleans
Please note that our housekeeping team does not operate on Sundays or public holidays.
Please note that our services include a mandatory exit cleaning fee, tailored to your room type, to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all our guests. For extended stays, we offer a complimentary refresh, including a towel change every 2nd day. For shorter stays, we encourage self-sufficiency with the convenience of an in-unit washing machine, as our accommodations are self-catering. However, if you require housekeeping services during your short-term visit, we are happy to provide this at an additional cost. We do, however, offer complementary cleans:
