Hoteller nær Ballantyne's Backyard

«The AC Ballantyne was more than expected. The facility is gorgeous with numerous of restaurants in walking distance. You don’t have to leave the hotel for anything! The staff was very friendly. We received a warm welcome. We were able to watch the GA vs Bama’ game in the bar area with other patrons and had a wonderful time. I highly recommend the hotel for your residing pleasure.»

«My stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott was an exceptional experience. The property is impeccably maintained, offering spacious and comfortable accommodations, complemented by a highly professional and attentive staff. The complimentary breakfast was both high-quality and substantial, and the convenient parking and proximity to the adjacent shopping plaza further enhanced my stay. I highly recommend this establishment and look forward to returning during future visits to Charlotte.»

«Checked into the hotel, it was far from full asked for a room close to the elevators as I had a lot of luggage, got the room the furthest from the elevator, the woman checking me in told me I was in one of the rooms close closest to the elevator. Got unpacked and ready to lay down, pulled back the sheets... the sheets had stains and hairs in it... it had just been remade, and nothing had been changed, trashbags were not put into the trash bins just placed on the counter next to the tv. «The room was clean and location well taken care of. Staff was quick to help with a toilet issue. Breakfast was ok, nothing amazing but good. Apple Juice was watered down when I got a cup»

«Always one of my top places to stay while visiting Charlotte!»

«Excellent staff and facility. The only negative was paying for parking. In this area there was no need to charge for parking.»

«Very nice hotel! great customer service and well decorated, I stay just for one night but I could stay longer if had more time.»

«The room was very spacious for sleeping up to 6, a great desk area and we loved the separate toilet and shower. Overall very convenient if you’re planning a trip to carowinds PLUS don’t forget to ask about a parking pass so you don’t have to pay for a parking spot at carowinds. Very clean and the staff was professional and helpful! Only thing I wasn’t impressed with was breakfast, while there were a good amount of options a lot of the hot food was overcooked or too sweet, I wish there were more ...

«Clean rooms helpful and friendly staff.»
