The apartment has two bedrooms furnished with attention to comfort: one with a double bed and a second bedroom that houses a double bed and a practical bunk bed, suitable for both children and adults, both equipped with a TV to ensure maximum relaxation even in the bedroom. The living room represents the heart of the house, a bright and convivial space where you can relax after a day outdoors or share moments together, characterized by details that recall the mountain style in a modern key. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a wine cellar, ideal for preparing and enjoying your favorite dishes in total autonomy. The bathroom completes the apartment offering every comfort, with a modern shower and a bathtub with a TV in front, perfect for enjoying a moment of relaxation watching a movie. The balcony, accessible both from the living room and from the quadruple bedroom, is a pleasant outdoor area where you can breathe in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the view.

Ballabio is located in the heart of Valsassina, one of the most fascinating areas of the province of Lecco, surrounded by the majestic Orobie Prealps. The location of the apartment is ideal for those who love nature and sports, with easy access to hiking trails and ski facilities, but at the same time in just ten minutes by car you can reach Lecco, overlooking Lake Como. The town center offers all the essential services, including shops, bars and typical restaurants, making El Surcinel a perfect base for exploring both the mountain and the lake, in an area where Alpine tradition and breathtaking landscapes meet harmoniously. . City Tax: We remind you that at check-in you might have to pay the tourist city tax, according to the season. Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.
