Quiet Outdoors:

Direct private 100' of lake frontage on Rainbow Lake! 43- acre lake that allows motors but no wake. Connected by wide channel to larger Reed Lake and a short 7-minute drive from all sports Big Star Lake!

You are welcome to bring your boat and beach it on shore. Parking for 4-5.

-4 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, lifejackets for all sizes

-sandy beach with some kid's toys, steps to the warm lake, small dock + floating swim platform

-picturesque with plenty of nature/birds/loons, even deer

-fantastic fishing with 4+ fishing poles and tackle

-yard games, volleyball/badminton net + gear, and much more

-panoramic overlook of the lake from the South facing rear deck

-beach towels provided

-fire pit with Adirondack chairs

-massive upper deck with seating for 10 at the two tables + table umbrellas + 2 loungers

-2-burner gas grill with utensils for grilling up on the deck

Comfortable Indoors:

-Air conditioned 2008 built home that will keep everyone comfortable. Great layout with 9' ceilings.

-Granite counters and a large, well-equipped kitchen. Two small eating areas + bar stools. Coffee maker and toaster. New stainless appliances.

-Limited to NO cell service until on top of the driveway but can use Wi-fi for calling and texting.

-Half bath near side (main) entrance to driveway & exit leading down to beach. Linens and towels provided.

-Living room has a TV with streaming service. 30MB internet with WIFI.

-Master Suite has a new king mattress bed set, jacuzzi tub, stand up shower, double sinks. Pack-n-play for use, available in the large walk-in closet. Private deck with 2 chairs.

-Guest Room has a queen bed with a nearby shared full bath

-Kid's Room has a bunk set - double below and twin up. Trundle twin mattress underneath the bed you can pull out. Also for the young ones: chair booster.

Basement level is locked and off limits for your stay.

The road to the cottage is a one lane dirt road for the last 1/2 mile or so. It's a nice quiet neighborhood with many seasonal properties.
