«Very clean. Presentation was great. View is beautiful. Hotel Service is world-class. I was disappointed with the restaurant food and their service, given the buzz online. Lastly, the only real complaint is they didn’t have a fitted bed sheet. A none fitted sheet believe it or not moves while your sleeping and then your body is most certainly touching a surface that I imagine is not cleaned as frequently as a fitted bed sheet. Eww!!! Add a fitted sheet!»

«The property location is perfect. You can walk to all the shops and restaurants as well as Marginal Way. The main hotel is older. The floor of our room was very uneven. The bed was comfortable and the towels were not too thin. Breakfast is served in a back room without places to sit. In the summer this is not a problem since you have a beautiful wrap around porch with tables and chairs, but in the fall when it is cold there is only 2 tables in the lobby. The pool and hot tub shut down for ...

«The location of the property is awesome with a great view. There weren’t any food choices nearby or coffee shops open at the time. The air condition was full of mold so we didn’t use it. The coffee machine was broken when we checked in but they quickly brought us a new one which was never used! That was the best part and the view.»

«Great place to stay. We have visited many times. The room was good, beds comfortable, staff excellent. Pool(s) and jacuzzi is great. My only complaint is the pool water is too cool but hot tub is hot as it should be. If the water was just a few degrees warmer in both the main and atrium buildings it would be an5 plus. All adults that were there said same thing and there were a lot older people.»

«Very nice accommodations and great hot breakfast. Housekeeping in breakfast clean up was a bit rude when it was time for her to clean. We had a table by ourselves playing cards and she said we had to move so she could mop but then she just drug the mop over the floor and didn’t even mop where we were. Overall very nice stay»
