Like the musical scope represented on the railing of the terrace of this bioclimatic house in wood frame totally turned towards nature, we let ourselves be carried away by the atmosphere that reigns at this place! Outside, the song of birds in the wood nearby or exotic birds of a nearby home, gives a change of scenery on the terrace or by the pool! Inside, we like the large volume of the living room decorated with large windows opening onto the terrace and nature , we also like this harmonious alliance between wrought iron (brilliantly worked by Jean-Philippe!) and wood, and all the equipment that is very comfortable. Jean-philippe and Francine will have at heart to introduce you to the region which is particularly rich of essential tourist sites near the cottage...and who knows, Maybe you will be able to convince the owners to say what this ballad is represented on the railing!!! Entrance porch, then on the same level large living room/ dining room/ fully equipped built-in kitchen (refrigerant with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave,...), separate toilet, bathroom with large walk-in shower (washing machine), bedroom with 1 bed 140. On the 1st floor: 1 mezzanine (with a reading area and games), 3 bedrooms of which 1 with 2 beds 90, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 and 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, a bathroom with toilet, large Italian shower. Terrace that makes the tour of the house, the whole ground floor on one level, without any walk to the private pool with wooden terrace. Open ground. Parking.
