The service from the staff was not great. Upon arrival we were given a room, but it was already occupied, and we had to go downstairs and get a new room. The person in the room was shcocked, and the staff handled it in an ok way but not with the appropriate apologies. Second, the breakfast was very poor and closed already at 9. We were in the middle of eating at the time, and the staff just cleaned off everything, putting up chairs etc, while we were eating. Very rude? The place was otherwise clean and practically located.

New property in excellent condition. Very close to stores and restaurants. The hotel does lock the front door for security so make sure you always have your key.

Nice property. Clean, quiet and safe area. Close to Sundale/Stockdale golf courses where we sponsored a tournament. Dining choices you could walk to. Had a great dinner at La Costa Marisco nearby at Riverwalk. Good food and drinks.

This was the worst hotel in our three week roundtrip. Personal not friendly, dirty in public area and rooms, fridge wasn’t working, no towels on the pool, pool dirty. Staff wasn’t able to clean floor of someone swapped sth over.

Was very frustrated to be charged $25 to check in 2 hours early. Haven’t had that problem before. Also, found the room to be lacking some amenities normally found in other hotels (ie hand lotion, shower cap). On the plus side, room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The room was great. Location was perfect. Gas station with a great variety of snacks and necessities at a safe walking distance. Trader Joe’s is across the street. Only thing we didn’t enjoy is the lack of water pressure in the shower.

The parking was really easy. There was a convenient store within walking distance. Good service at the front desk, good hot breakfast (everything was fresh & refilled when emptied), nice seating areas in the lobby. Room was nice size, fit our family of 6. Beds/pillows were comfortable. Mini fridge, no microwave. The only complaint I would have here is the cleaning. Our floor needed to be vacuumed, very dusty light fixtures, there was a stain on the couch (we had to flip the cushion), the bathroom was the worst because it had a smelly foot odor and we were only given 2 bath towels. Our phone didn’t work in our room either. If things were more cleaner, I’d give them an extra star.

People were very loud at the peak of 2:30am. It was just ridiculous that no one monitored that many individuals coming in. It woke up my children and I, which nothing was done. We still heard them chuckling an hour after I called and complained.

I’m very dissatisfied with the check in experience . I Paid for a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed and the front desk let us know there was no more rooms with two beds . I specifically requested there be two beds because I’m traveling with small kids and would be needing the beds requested . Front staff did not try and compensate their error despite me having paid for this type of room . Very misleading .
