Avoid this hotel at all costs! It's not worth your time, money, or headache! The mold in the rooms and dirty looks you'll get from staff are simply too much. No customer service at all.
My husband and I travel full-time in our converted truck, and we needed to have some mechanical work done to the truck. This meant that we had to find a place to stay for the night instead of our rig. We needed a hotel that wasn't too expensive, so we opted for Studio 6 since the majority of the reviews weren't terrible and it had a decent star rating. We figured we could withstand one night of basic accommodations. We were wrong!
This is the absolute WORST hotel I have ever stayed in, and the employees are rude, inconsiderate, and completely lacking any sense of customer service. The rooms were dirty, covered in mold, and had broken and missing amenities. No matter how much I asked for the supposed "included amenities", I was never given what I wanted (simple things like the in-room phone since ours was broken or the dishware listed on the sign). They even called security on me because I was becoming too much of a "problem" for them. We left the hotel, and I hope this review will keep anyone else from booking a stay there. I am going to call the health department and the BBB because this place is unsafe and should be shut down!
