True/Facts:
Our Room on the second floor does not have a working phone. It looked like a props/toy phone only. Very difficult for someone who is physically challenged with underlying conditions because if you need serv you have to walk down the stairs to go to front lobby.
Management was informed but the service request was dismissed as unimportant.
NO PETS policy but their own pets (cat/dog) roam around the property, even in their Cafe (Eagle's Nest) Alfresco where renters/transients eat our breakfast plate and food. The cat jumped from one table to the next.
Staff disregarded whether their customers have allergic reactions without safety health precautions being considered. Got sick thereafter.
No Eating in the room or you will be charged. Not disclosed in their website advertising.
Every stain or spill, you will be charged. Might as well clean all the bedroom and bathroom yourself.
In fairness, the supervisor helped on the first night with the Internet Connection problem.
GRAB (similar to Uber Ride) was difficult to avail due to hotel location. Thus, stay there only if you have a vehicle yourself or wait 1-2 hours with luck.
WE decided to check out a day earlier due to the many sad and inconveniences we experienced. We filed a grievance with the hotel supervisor and requested a refund for the remaining day. He said we have to go through Expedia to get it.
