Come and discover the majestic landscapes of the Pyrenees by staying in this 24 m² studio, ideally located in Bagnères-de-Luchon. Gardens, ski area and city center with remarkable architecture are offered to you for an animated escapade, winter as well as summer: skiing, snowboarding, hang-gliding, thermal cures, hikes, guided tours.
This accommodation, which can accommodate up to two people, has a beautiful living room with a 160 cm bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom as well as a terrace with a breathtaking view of the Port du Vénasque summit!
Free parking space available. Bed linen and towels provided. Animals accepted on request.

The studio :
Located on the 1st floor accessible by a wide staircase, the accommodation is composed as follows:

- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a retractable bed 160 cm, a desk, a coffee table, a TV and a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 guests.
- A kitchenette open to the living room, fully equipped: refrigerator, hotplates, microwave, toaster, fondue and raclette machine, kettle, filter coffee maker and Tassimo Happy...
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a basin, a hairdryer and a toilet.

Exterior:
- An 8 m² south-facing terrace with an outdoor table and chairs and 2 sun loungers to enjoy a good meal facing the top of the Port du Vénasque!

- Crémaillère Express” gondola to the Luchon Superbagnères ski area, 7 min walk or by shuttle bus in front of the residence or by car, 2.8 km.
- Les Thermes de Luchon will open on March 20, 2023 (Parc des Quinconces) 1 km away (10 min walk).
- Cascade Juzet de Luchon 3.5 km away (7 min by car).
- 9-hole golf course (one of the 5 oldest in France)

Activities :
In winter, a multitude of activities around skiing are offered to you on the ski area of Superbagnères with 32 km of slopes: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledding but also hang gliding or glider to discover the region from the sky! Finally, relax with a spa treatment in the heart of the sumptuous Parc des Quinconces!

In summer, you can discover the many hiking trails: Cazarilh-Laspène, Gouffre d'Enfer, Le Pic de Céciré... Take the opportunity to walk on the banks of the lake of Oô and admire the splendid view on the summits of Haute-Garonne or go for a trail or a climbing course! Many other activities and events are offered to you: mini-golf, soccer, theater, concert, Tour de France, Festival of Plants, Festival of Flowers, Christmas market...

Transportation :
- Thermal" shuttles serving the thermal baths of the city and "Winter Season" shuttles serving the slopes of the resort and its downtown. (Shuttle only in operation during the holidays).
- Bus to Toulouse.
- Tarbes-Lourdes airport located at 102 km (1h14 by car), Pau airport located at 145 km (1h39) and Toulouse airport located at 148 km (1h47 by car).

Neighborhood:
The accommodation is located in a dead end street, in a very quiet and pleasant residence only 5 minutes walk from the ski lifts, terms, downtown and its amenities: bakery, butcher, convenience store, stores, restaurants, bars, market..

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
