The apartment is located on the first floor of a villa with a shared pool; the owners live on the first floor of the same villa.<br>is fully furnished and offers all the amenities and services needed to ensure a pleasant and relaxing vacation. It consists of a large living room with a large L-shaped sofa and a table with seating for all guests; adjacent to it is a small kitchen fully equipped with all necessary amenities. The sleeping area sleeps 6 and consists of a master bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a shower, a bedroom with two single beds, and two additional small bedrooms, each with a single bed; one of these also features a piano for music lovers (to be used with care) and a desk. Another bathroom, complete with a toilet, bidet, and shower, serves the other bedrooms.<br>The outdoor garden, shared with the owners, is furnished with lounge chairs and umbrellas and features a large swimming pool available to guests; there is also a small playground for your children to enjoy. Another unique feature of our accommodations are the presence, just a short walk from the villa, of a small riding stable with trotting horses. Courtesy of the owners, during your stay—upon request—you can enjoy wonderful moments and experiences: you can interact with the horses, pet them, or take a ride in a horse-drawn carriage.
