«Fantastic place! We did the horseback riding and enjoyed the hot springs and pool. Ok restaurant. Great snack bar. Disappointed that they never managed to fix the AC in our living room. Great appartment though. Go for the junior suites on the top. They are awesome!»

«Do not be discouraged by the road to Rancho Humo, what lies at the end turned out to be a real gem.
This property is nestled up against the central wetlands of Nicoya peninsula on the shore of the Tempisque river and is a definitive location for birdwatchers from all over. My wife and I are not birdwatchers but booked this based on its remote location and its high marks from other reviews. «The room was amazing! Beautifully arranged and all the amenities, the best was the porch overlooking the trees and the birds, breakfast was great. It’s pretty far from La Fortuna and most activities and wr didn’t rent a car. The host did drive us but we were limited in what we could do. »

«The property itself was fantastic and the bungalow we stayed in was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming. We're going to miss the soothing sounds of the jungle at night, especially the beautiful native birds that perched in the garden every morning.
We would definitely stay here again. »
