«Fabulous place for a large family get together. Really lovely property in a great location. Any problems were fixed promptly. Well kitted out kitchen and the hot tub was a big hit. «We stayed at Whitley Coach House to spend a few days in the area before attending a wedding in Frome. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. »

«The property, where do I start?! It was amazing! From the initial walk in it had a wow factor about it, we met James, he was very helpful, with the convenience of being next door if needed. With 3 large bedrooms, one with an en-suite, cupboards and storage space, we had ample space to use. I would highly recommend this cottage, the added extras made the trip too! »

" The hotel room was very spacious — plenty of room for three adults sharing a family room. Having both a bathtub and shower was a great bonus, as were the coffee and tea making facilities. The location is excellent — just a 10-minute walk from shopping, sights and the train station. Breakfast was outstanding. With such a wide selection, you'd have to be very particular not to find something you enjoy! 😉 The pool is on the smaller side, but the timeslot booking system at the front desk works well as a solution. Front desk staff were pleasant when approached, though perhaps not the most proactive when it came to guest service. WiFi was adequate, and in-room cleaning left something to be desired — we noticed fingermarks on light switches and some dust in places. We would definately recommend this hotel to other travellers. "
