We had an amazing stay! The home was absolutely beautiful, right on the water, and looked exactly like the pictures. It was spotless, well organized, very spacious, and had more than enough room for my family as we celebrated my husband’s birthday. The host was exceptional, friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the complimentary late checkout, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time fishing, swimming, and kayaking, and the peaceful, quiet surroundings made it the perfect place to relax. The location was also super convenient, with grocery stores and restaurants just a short drive away. Check-in and checkout were simple and hassle-free. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing waterfront getaway. We can’t wait to come back. A special thank you to the fabulous host Monica for helping make my husband’s birthday so special!

This is the 3rd time we’ve rented this home. We love it for the proximity to Houston, the pier, and a pool. Plus the downstairs bedroom is an added plus for older people with disabilities. The host was extremely responsive, the house initially didn’t have many towels and soap but he had some delivered that night! Talk about quick response! Great place for families and friends to gather.

The property was great for our family to spend time together. There were a few things that were broken, some the host was able to fix rather quickly. One that needed to be resolved after our departure. General maintenance items on the house. Parking is limited, so if you have a large crowd keep that in mind. The garage was not available for our use. But, past these little items Monica responded quickly and it was a great place to enjoy time with extended family from 3 states. This was the perfect place to meet in the middle.

This property offered a great venue for our micro-wedding. There was plenty of space and bedding for everyone to enjoy themselves. The morning sunrises were stunning and made for a great backdrop for that morning coffee. The neighborhood was quiet and made for a relaxing time. We loved many of the details in the bathrooms and throughout the house, like the natural light used to add extra warm light to rooms.

House was wonderful. Not sure if there is anything else you can add to a house to a pleasant stay. Everything from entertainment, activities and feel comforted. Kitchen well stocked. Only small issue was we only had 7 indoor towels for showering, so we had to use the pool towels which wasn’t a big deal, just had to wash towels to have one, as we had a very large group. As I said, wasn’t a big issue at all…. would definitely definitely stay again in the future.

We had the most wonderful weekend stay and made the best memories with our grandkids. The kids are already asking when we can go back! The host was truly one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. She was so generous, thoughtful, and on top of everything. The house had everything we needed and more, from soap, shampoo, and clean towels to little conveniences that made the stay feel easy and comfortable. She didn’t nickel and dime us for every little thing, which was so refreshing. Using the propane, charcoal, and even the kayaks was no problem at all, and there were no surprise extra charges. She also allowed us a late checkout, which meant we didn’t have to rush the next morning. That made such a difference for our family.I can’t say enough good things about this home or the host. She made us feel welcome, relaxed, and cared for. We are so thankful for such a special stay and would absolutely love to come back!,

This property was absolutely incredible. It was clean, in a great location (close to Kemah boardwalk), the views were spectacular, and the house is spacious. The game room with pool table and darts were great to entertain with. The backyard was even better than pictured. The pool was already heated when we arrived. The host was easy to communicate with and super friendly. I highly recommend this property if you are looking in the area.
