«Stayed for a quick one night trip to kings island. Very close to the park. Check in was a breeze. Staff were very helpful and they also have a free shuttle to kings island. Room was clean and A/C worked great. Room had microwave and fridge which was great!! Pool was clean and water felt great. Breakfast was good and restocked regularly. Would definitely come back again!»

«The hotel was under construction and so not at its best. Lots of dust in the rooms and hallways. Often strong paint smells in the hallway. The pool was neither hot nor cold.»

«Overall appearance is below average. This place could use maintenance virtually everywhere. The room wasn’t cleaned well and it showed, from the dirty food tray next to the microwave to the grime in the shower, to the white stains on the brown sofa, to the soiled carpet, the paint issues, green swimming pool water, and musty dirty smell in the room when you first enter the room. «We recently stayed here and had an exceptional experience The staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient, especially the front desk during check-in. My room was spotless, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The convenient location near the kings island was amazing and the shuttle back and forth was a life/time saver. And last the breakfast buffet was so warm and had a lot of options which the end of our trip easy.»

«Horrible experience. Check in started at 3 and I arrived at 8. I was told my room was not ready and wouldn’t be for a couple more hours due to staffing shortage. The manager only offered to cancel my reservation or call me when a room was ready. My disabled veteran husband started having mental issues so they got us a room quicker. Then our room had no towels. I saw a teenage housekeeper in hall who gave us towels and found out her mom was assistant manager who asked her to come in and help out. ...

«This property was very clean. The beds were comfortable. I didn’t use any of the amenities. So I can’t really comment on those. However I could see the pool. And it was very clean looking as well. I was there just to sleep. Because I went to Kings Island and Strickers Grove. My only improvement that I could wish for would have been concerning breakfast. 2 days in a row shredded chicken was offered. In 2 different flavors. One flavor each day.
