We asked if we could use the roof top pool before check in, after some discussions we were allowed to use the pool from 1, but we had to pay an additional fee (5500 yen). We did not get any explanation why we had to wait one hour. We stayed at the pool for a few hours, there were no other guests there and we question why ...

«Very nice and spacious room. Had good air condition placement. Actually felt like a room in a house. Great lobby with helpful staff! The bed is a little bit hard. Clean and spacious bathroom. »

«The twin room had a two-seater sofa in-between the twin beds, which was very helpful for various uses, besides relaxing. The free breakfast was a simple yet nutritous offering that included juice, cofffee, miso soup as well as rice balls and various side dishes. Employees including reception and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful.»

«お部屋の清潔さが行き届いてました。 また、朝食会場は手狭ですが、部屋へのtake away 用のLunch box詰めがあり、助かりました。»

«お風呂は綺麗でした。快適に泊まれました。駅からはやや遠いです。»

«清潔で、安心して利用出来ます。»

«The clean room, bedding, and new open-air bath were the best bathing time to feel the green and scent of the trees. The amount of food is appropriate and good. All-inclusive snacks are nice if there are more salty things. I'm grateful that I had a very comfortable and wonderful time. The staff were all smiling and very kind.»

«More character than a typical hotel if you want to feel like you're somewhere more traditional. Beds are comfy and the staff is very kind and helpful. Only warning if you're tall, be careful as there are some low doors.»

«立地環境は良かったです。 喫煙部屋しか無かったので宿泊しましたが、やはり臭いが気になりました。 芳香剤などが欲しかったです。»
