This studio apartment (28m²) is the ideal place for couples or friends for their holidays in the beautiful City of Ayia Napa. It is located just 3 minutes’ walk from the bar street and 7 minutes’ walk from the beach (Paradisos Beach Venue). It is perfect for 2 persons but a 3rd guest (child up to 12 years old) can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed. The studio is fully air-conditioned and has a smart TV with Netflix, a kitchenette with a fridge, smart microwave-oven, Espresso machine and kitchenware. The bathroom has a nice spacious rain shower where you can enjoy a relaxing shower. The balcony is special because is beautifully surrounded by different types of plants and even by a grape tree. A washing machine is available free of charge at the common area of the building.

GUEST REGISTRATION & RENTAL AGREEMENT SIGNING: All guests must complete our online registration form, sign the rental agreement, and provide identification. This is a requirement outlined in our management agreement with the property owner. The process takes just 1 minute to complete. Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.
THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.
PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, WIFI codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!
EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS
• If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.
• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.
• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair.
• Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost.
• Guests can take a direct bus shuttle from Larnaca airport or bus line 711 from Larnaca center and arrive at the main bus stop of Ayia Napa Monastery which is only 3 minutes’ walk from the apartment. Public transportation such as taxi and bus are located in the center of Ayia Napa, which is just a three-minute walk from the apartment. There is also a bus stop just opposite the apartment. A public parking space is available at the property for guests
