3 PROS:
1. Four en-suite bedrooms — every couple gets a private bath
2. 12 minutes to Beaver Creek, 20 to Vail, garage parking
3. Walk to EagleVail golf, tennis, and pickleball in summer
2 CONS:
1. Heat runs uneven across the floors — cooler at bottom, warmer at top
2. With 9 guests, hot water is shared — stagger showers after a ski day
Guest Access:
The entire townhome is yours — all four floors, the garage, and the balcony. Self check-in by keypad, with a 2-car garage plus dedicated uncovered parking.
Before arrival you'll receive an email link to our digital guidebook — it's the only place check-in details live, so please open it before you travel.
The Neighborhood:
You're in EagleVail, the quieter valley between Avon and Vail, with mountain views and quick access to two world-class resorts without resort-village prices.
From the door:
- Beaver Creek (about 12 min) and Vail (about 20 min) for skiing and riding
- The EagleVail golf course, tennis, pickleball, and a community pool — walkable in summer
- Avon's restaurants, grocery, and Nottingham Lake (about 5 min)
- Eagle County Airport about 30 minutes west for an easy fly-in trip
Getting Around:
Most guests get the most out of EagleVail with a car — you have a 2-car garage plus dedicated spots, and free parking makes day trips to Vail and Beaver Creek easy. The free ECO Transit and resort shuttles run through the valley if you'd rather not drive on a powder day.
Other Things to Note:
This is a multi-level mountain townhome. A few honest notes so your stay goes smoothly:
- Heat runs unevenly across the four floors — cooler at the bottom, warmer at the top. Adjust the per-level thermostats and crack a window up top if needed.
- With a full house of 9, hot water is shared. After a ski day, stagger back-to-back showers so everyone gets hot water.
- Family gear is provided (Pack 'n Play, high chair, toys), but the home is not fully childproofed.
- No A/C — the mountain climate rarely needs it.
- Not pet friendly.
- Self check-in details and any add-on services come through the Traverse digital guidebook link emailed before arrival.
Interaction with Guests:
We're a text or call away — typical response under an hour. Check-in is self-service by keypad; we'll confirm you're settled, then leave you to your trip. Need a Beaver Creek tip or a dinner rec in Avon? Just ask.
