Beautifully positioned with an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains, valley, and golf course, this four-story home in Avon is the perfect home base for outdoor adventures in Beaver Creek and Vail.

This home sits directly alongside the EagleVail Golf Course, allowing you to watch passing golfers navigate the fairways from your large back deck. You'll be four miles from Beaver Creek Village, seven miles from Vail Ski Resort, and only one block down the road from a stop for the free shuttle bus.

Spend summer afternoons golfing, barbecuing on the gas grill, and dining at sunset on the spacious deck. Come winter, cap each thrilling day spent on the slopes by curling up by the gas fireplace, grabbing a warm pair of socks from the washer/dryer, and choosing a DVD to watch in the living room.

The main living space is on the second floor, with picture windows on all sides letting in gorgeous sunlight and expansive views of the mountains and golf course. Cook with ease in the open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large prep island, and sit down for dinner and board games at the adjacent dining room table.

In the evenings, you'll find that each of the four bedrooms (three with TVs) is paired with its own en suite bathroom. The primary suite has the top floor to itself, offering a steam shower and a jetted bathtub. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and one on the lower level, with the latter doubling as a rec room with its own Ping-Pong table and dart board.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
