The living room features a comfortable one-and-a-half-person sofa bed and an open-concept kitchen equipped with an oven and all the necessary amenities. The bathroom is equipped with a shower stall. The apartment is fully equipped to accommodate 4–5 people, with Wi-Fi throughout the property, a TV, air conditioning, and an outdoor parking space in a video-monitored area. If needed, the apartment can be connected to the adjacent apartment (PALAZZO NICASTRO gh - Blue House apartment) via a connecting door, increasing its capacity to 8–10 people (ideal for two families wishing to share a vacation together while maintaining their privacy at all times). The FFSS train station is 500 meters from the property, while the entrance to the E45 highway, heading toward Ispica (RG) or Catania, is 5,200 meters away.
