Stayed here for a night and it was beautiful. I think it is cool how they have a patio on the 4th floor also they provide you with bikes to use for 4 hrs! This was a good experience overall

I'll start by saying the staff are friendly and helpful and easily the best part about the hotel. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is cute, and the food at the Naughty Fox is good. However (and this is a building issue so not the staff’s fault), the walls are SO thin, to the point where I could hear my neighbors talk, watch TV, and snore. I could make out parts of their conversation through the wall, and they were speaking at normal volume. If you’re on a lower floor you will also hear your overhead neighbors’ footfalls and every time their toilet flushes. I had to wear my noise-canceling earbuds to fall asleep. During the day you can hear every golf cart and car and loud group passing by. The room is also on the smaller side. The rooftop terrace has a nice view of the harbor but feels dated. Staying at Bellanca doesn’t guarantee you’ll find a seat at the Naughty Fox, which is very popular. There is no room service yet (though you can order food to-go and the food is solid). I’d never been to Catalina and was really looking forward to my stay, but this was not worth the price at $400/night. I feel bad because the staff are hard-working and were all great, but I can’t recommend Bellanca if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax after exploring town.

Only stayed here for 1 night to take photos on the island. Nice convenient stay, shower was weird but i liked the property. Its within walking distance to everything but i think most of the hotels are. Very beachy and nautical here and the staff was great ..manny checked us in he was good.

We stayed three nights, and it was a nice little hotel to stay at. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice clean little hotel. Small rooms but it’s an island and you don’t spend time in your room.

We were not able to stay the dates we reserved but thought to write this review considering the excellent customer service, understanding and flexibility they considered based on the circumstances. A very large storm with 40 MPH gusts were expected when we were there and potentially being stranded on the island for 2 additional days. We called and they were understanding and accommodating moving our reservation to our new date. The receptionist was patient and understanding. We look forward to our visit in two weeks!! Property has been renovated and crews continue to keep it in good condition. Staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Only suggestions are to add a bench with a back on it at the foot of the bed to facilitate Putin shoes and watching TV and to switch to firmer mattress's.

Check in is horrible. Keep your bags out in the open if your early so just know it’s not a secure process. No elevator so you’ll be lugging your things., as they don’t do it. Otherwise great location.

Maintenance needed
They need a mechanic to fix the sliding doors to the rooms (the only entrance). It's NOT a key problem and staff kept offering us more keys. The problem is that the hook on the door and the slot on the frame DO NOT LINE UP. It was almost impossible to lock or unlock every time we entered and exited. Also, the "pub" was very weird, played nightclub-like music in the daytime and then closed at night! There was nowhere to hang out after dinner.
