In the commune of Auvers-sous-Montfaucon, we offer this charming 120 m² house with south-facing facade for rent, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a pretty living room with fireplace, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. There's also a garden of around 500 m²!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 35 m² living room with a double sofa bed, wood burner, TV,...
- Dining area and open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed (90×190)
- Bedroom 2: dormitory area with 3 single beds (90×190)
- Shower room with washbasin and washing machine
- TV area with sofa and board games
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot.

Outside:
- A beautiful 500 m² garden with trees, enclosed and private, not overlooked, with table and chairs, parasol and barbecue. The garden overlooks a pond where you can fish.

The house is ideally situated in Auvers-sous-Montfaucon, in a peaceful and very pleasant setting. The 18th-century building is nestled in the heart of the countryside, at the end of a quiet lane, offering privacy and tranquillity, with no neighbours nearby. It's the ideal place to recharge your batteries as a family and enjoy country life to the full, with the opportunity to go for walks, fish in the pond next to the garden, and discover the many hiking trails directly accessible from the house.

All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities:
- Explore Le Mans and its magnificent historic centre, St Julien's Cathedral and the iconic summer chimeras that adorn the city walls.
- Immerse yourself in motoring history at the museum and on the famous Le Mans 24-hour race track.
- Meet some fascinating animals at La Flèche Zoo.
- Relax at Sillé Plage, stroll through the majestic Sillé le Guillaume state forest, or hike around the pond and explore the mysterious Saulges caves.
- Have fun at the ice rink or enjoy a cinema night 20 minutes from the accommodation.

- Bed linen, towel and tea towel are not included and is provided on request at an additional cost (payment to be made on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change. Please inform the manager in advance of any rentals.
- The wood-burning stove is operational, and wood is provided at no extra charge. The fire will be lit on arrival for all rentals during the winter period.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
