Inside, relax in the massive chef’s kitchen, unwind by the fireplace (This property has two fireplaces inside the house: the propane fireplace is off-limits, but the electric fireplace is available for use), play in the game room, or recharge in the private gym.

The estate offers 5 bedrooms in the main house (3 full bathrooms) plus a private back apartment with its own kitchen, living area, king bedroom, and ensuite full bathroom — perfect for added privacy.

**Bedroom 1: Primary Bedroom
Spacious primary suite featuring a king-sized bed, Smart TV, and direct access to the outdoors. The room includes two cozy lounge chairs with a center table, a full-length mirror, two bedside lamps, and large windows that fill the space with natural light.
**Bedroom 2: Perfect for kids or groups, this room features a double-sized bunk bed with an additional twin pullout chair. A bookshelf and lamp provide a cozy touch for reading and relaxation.
**Bedroom 3: Bright and comfortable with two twin beds, a ceiling fan, and a lamp, making it a cozy space for family or friends.
**Bedroom 4: Cozy and bright, this room features a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, and two windows. It includes one bedside lamp for night reading and an additional lamp to keep the space well-lit.
**Bedroom 5: Relaxing guest room with direct access to the pool area and a Jack & Jill bathroom. Features include a TV, a ceiling fan, and a bedside lamp for comfort and convenience.

🍽️ Dining Room
A spacious and inviting dining area with a large rectangular dining table accented by a candle-lit centerpiece, surrounded by four upholstered chairs and one long wooden bench. Stay active without leaving the house in a bright fitness room featuring a multi-station weight machine, elliptical, bench, and a variety of free weights. Additional equipment includes a stability ball, step platform, and resistance accessories. Large windows bring in natural light and offer a refreshing view while you work out.

🏠 Casita (2nd Floor)
A huge added bonus! The casita provides a private and spacious one-bedroom living space above the garage. It features a king-sized bed in the bedroom, a queen daybed in the living room, a TV, two armchairs, and a three-person sofa for comfortable lounging. The dining area sits by the window with a round table and four chairs, perfect for meals with a view. A fully equipped kitchenette includes a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, sink, and utensils for convenient cooking. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting retreat.

🏠 Garage Game Room
Located at the back of the house, this versatile space is set up as a game room featuring a billiards pool table, foosball table, darts, and a punching bag for active fun. A TV adds extra entertainment, making it a perfect hangout spot for family and friends.

🌊 Porch, Pool & Outdoor Kitchen
Relax outdoors on the porch swing, two cozy chairs, and a three-person sofa, or enjoy the other side of the porch with a sofa and outdoor grill—perfect for entertaining. The backyard features an oasis-style pool with waterfalls, a spa/hot tub, four lounge chairs, and six daybeds/sunbeds for soaking up the sun. End your day with the breathtaking Hill Country sunset views right from the poolside.

The space also includes a historic-style outdoor kitchen, combining rustic charm with modern convenience. Complete with a grill, prep area, and seating, it’s the ideal setting for cookouts, gatherings, and sunset dining by the pool.

🚗Parking
The property offers ample parking space, accommodating at least 6 cars.

RULES:
For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

We charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on our property. You can smoke outside the property, but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

Pet Fee is $200 (max of 2), NO CATS. This is a one-time, non-refundable fee, as it causes a lot of extra cleaning for our crew, extra wear and tear on the house, and we have to shampoo the furniture, as we have some guests who are allergic to pets.

Quiet hours start at 10 PM, which means no music or loud noises during this time.

Note: There is a $500 fine for any noise violations.

Heads up: If the temperature drops below 40°F, certain functions of the pool or spa may not be available, including heating.
