This is a good option for a clean hotel with friendly staff and good amenities. It's not luxury, but the price is affordable, and it's located within a short drive from the airport.

The free breakfast was good and the amenities were fair for what was paid. I was a 1 night stay to attend a Renaissance fair the next day and it was in a great location at a fair price. The staff was friendly and check out was smooth and very straightforward!

When they asked what I was driving and I told them a motorcycle, they let me park it in the covered area in front of the office next to the handicap spots. Nice accommodating staff.

Good property at a good price. Staff are lovely always willing to help, polite and friendly. Room and property could do with modernisation. Easy access to downtown Austin. Breakfast good, variety and quality.

Bed and pillows were comfy enough. Rooms and common areas were clean and it felt like a safe location and plenty of parking. Our big complaint was that the fan in the bathroom stayed on all the time, I asked at the front desk and was told I should just shut the door that there is no way to turn it off. Plus there is a little green light attached to the fan that flickers/strobe light effect that was really annoying, especially in the middle of the night. There was also a night light attached to the hair dryer unit which was more than sufficient. so no real, need for the flickering green light. We had to keep the bathroom door closed if we were in the room. Unfortunately the door stuck when it was closed so every time my husband or I opened the door we woke the other one up. The bathroom is really small, it appears larger in the pictures. Fine for a 1 person or a one night stay but not big enough for 2 people for 3 nights. Also, breakfast is only served from 6-8am, that was stated on the website, so we were aware of it and we just got breakfast elsewhere, but still very odd. That might be great for people staying in town for business but for people on vacation 8 am is early for breakfast to end. We have been traveling a lot lately, most hotels are 9am. We were there 3 nights, don't think I would stay again unless it was only a 1 night stay.

The staff was able to get me a super quiet room on the third floor. They were very helpful. The only thing that was remotely negative is that there was a heavy floral scent in the hotel and the room. It didn't smell bad, it was just very strong. The breakfast bar is really nice.

Check in begins at 3 pm but we along with probably 7 other groups were made to wait for 30 minutes before they would release the rooms. Once we got our rooms everything was pretty standard. Rooms were clean.
