I booked a block of rooms at this hotel for some coworkers and company execs to attend a conference. It was very embarrassing that the Hotel did not have hot water for our entire stay. My top exec left the conference a day early because of this. I was not happy at all with this property!

First, I was given the wrong room I was told by the manager there were no room with the large windows, I took my laptop down and showed that's when Marion at the front desk saw that it was the accessible room and made the correction, I was happy, not sure why the manager didn't know. The only issue the bed wasn't comfortable (very cheap), and the pillows were way to soft, I just sunk down into it. The staff Marion, Chris, Cindy and Christian are awesome. All and all I would stay there again; I will just bring my pillows. Thanks

The property is in close proximity to UT campus and activity centers. It is clean, updated, and well staffed. My only disappointment was the bed was too firm and bedding was only fair. Loved the decor and the facilities.

It was very easy to check in and the rooms are lovely. The beds are very comfortable. I loved the 17th floor lounge area, the vie of the skyline is beautiful. Highly recommend everyone to go see it at least once at night. The food is amazing, I had the tacos and they were amazing. They even boxed our food up so we could take it upstairs so we could eat in our room while we got ready to go out. Just be aware. There is mainly valet parking 49.00 a night or garage parking there is limited and always full parking across the street. We parked at Guadalupe garage a block down the road and took an Uber to the Bass Hall Concert center on campus. Other than that it was a great stay.

This hotel was very overpriced considering options in the area once all the "fees" were added on (local taxes, parking etc) Hotel was clean, staff were stressed at check in and at the bar / lounge. They seemed understaffed. Parking was very expensive comparative to other large city high end hotels we stayed at in Texas on this trip. Overall cost was $200 more than the average we paid, and $100 more than the quote online without fees / parking.

The text message communication with guests is very poor and annoying. They texted me asking if I needed something and when I requested the blanket they never answered me. I had to request it twice at reception in person to have them. I don't like that the main communication channel is my phone, everything is done by app or text message. I can't even call reception from the room because the phones in the room don't work.

We loved this hotel. It is very modern, roomy and clean. Easy check in process. I will stay here again when going back to Austin. The rooftop lounge is beautiful.

There is really no one helpful working here. House keeping will do the bed but not empty the garbage, would've restock coffee, water or cups. They wouldn't wipe the desk. I was a single person staying in a business tripe, my room wasn't that messy for them not to do the bare minimum of taking out the garbage, wiping down and restocking room needs. I am a member if the hilton honors loyalty program, this was the worst Hilton I had stayed at.
