Designed for up to six guests, the home features two serene king bedrooms, each with a TV and walk-in closet, along with two full bathrooms. The heart of the home offers seamless flow between the open living, dining, and kitchen areas, making it the ideal space for both relaxation and connection. A dedicated workspace is also available for those who need to stay connected.



Outside, enjoy the home's charming front and back patios designed for embracing the laid-back pace of Hill Country living. By Car: Renting a car is a convenient option to explore the area at your own pace. Having a car makes it easy to visit the many shopping centers, restaurants, and other points of interest in the area.

- Please Note: There will be construction taking place on the main residence located on the property. The Barndominium is situated separately, and we do not anticipate any significant impact to your stay. However, guests may occasionally notice construction activity or hear minor daytime noise during standard working hours. Thank you for your understanding!

- Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.

- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

- Parking is available for 6 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not allowed.

- For the security of our guests and property, a camera is installed near the front door. No interior cameras are present.

- We welcome long-term stays — please reach out to discuss availability. Note that stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.

- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
