Honestly, horrible experience to the point we checked out a day early. We were assigned to a room that when we went inside, had a walker and hadn’t been cleaned. We were then given another room by a cleaning individual. Inside that room, the bed was grey, dirty, had foot marks, fingerprints and had burnt cigarette holes in it when we specifically wanted a smoking-free room. The entire establishment was hot/musty and it smelled like stale cigarettes. We didn’t even feel comfortable trying the breakfast and decided to get another place, which in the end was extra money spent. The room that we were lastly placed in had a couch with stains and random fluid on it which made me and my boyfriend uncomfortable. The topper to the bed also wasn’t white, but a dingy yellow and it was stained. We didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here. Customer service wasn’t great and they didn’t even apologize for the original room, but instead gave us the room and we went about our way. The elevator had a slow door that slowly opened and everything but the main breakfast area and the bed itself (minus the dingy yellow topper) was clean and smelled decent. Definitely will never go here again and this is me being critical in a way I wouldn’t have imagined. The manager was nice enough to be kind, but customer service isn’t really practiced here.
