Coralia is a stunning villa with a private pool located in a splendid position facing the sea, 30 kilometres south of Catania. Located in a quiet residential complex, the villa is surrounded by a beautifully-kept garden and spacious and well-equipped panoramic terraces, from which you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Catania, with Etna rising in the distance. Its welcoming interiors are spread over a single level and include a spacious living room with loungeroom, dining area and kitchen, three comfortable double bedrooms, a smaller bedroom with sofa-bed and four bathrooms. The residence comes with air-conditioning and heating (in all rooms), Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, electric oven and microwave, as well as an Espresso machine and American coffee maker. From the house, take a 500-metre stroll along a small road shared with the other villas of the residence to reach the cliff and sea. The nearest sandy beach is Agnone Bagni, which can be reached in ten minutes by car. Coralia's location is also ideal for easily visiting Catania, the villages of the Etna Park and Taormina. Further south are the charming baroque towns of Syracuse and Noto, the nature reserve of Vendicari and Marzamemi.
