One room within the apartment is locked and not available to guests on this booking. Access is via key safe — full instructions and codes will be sent the day before your arrival.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Keys can be collected from the Keyp-it — a short walk from the apartment. Outside office hours, a lockbox is available for after-hours collection. Full instructions will be sent ahead of your arrival so everything is clear before you get here.

A private airport transfer and meet-and-greet service can be arranged at additional cost — your driver will collect the keys in advance, meet you at the airport, and take you directly to the apartment door. Please book at least 48 hours in advance.

While we will leave you in peace to enjoy your time in Auckland, we are available 24 hours a day for an emergency.

Uber and taxis are plentiful at all hours. Please note there is no dedicated car park with this apartment — paid public parking is available in the Viaduct and CBD nearby. Auckland Airport is approximately 30 to 40 minutes by car or shuttle.

The body corporate rules ask that laundry not be visible from outside the building while drying — please use indoor drying options. This is a non-smoking, no-vaping property throughout. No parties or events. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Checkout is by 10:00 AM.

Check in available after 3pm through lock box key collection. Lock boxes are located a short distance away, full details will be sent prior to arrival. We advise collecting the keys on your way to the apartment, if coming to the city via taxi or UBER, ask the taxi to wait a second while you collect the key. The walk to the apartment from the lock box is not far, but no one wants to walk in the city with suitcases!
