The facility was adequate. When staff was there, they were friendly; but they were hardly ever there. I looked for them several times and they never seem to come in before I left at 11 or 11:30 AM. And they were never there when I came back at 3:30 or 4:30 PM.
There is not enough drawer space in the room to unpack in an organized manner. There are not enough electrical outlets for charging my devices. There is no electrical outlet near the bed so I can’t charge my batteries and use my devices while sitting in bed. There is no clock in the room. I know, I have my devices that tell me what time it is. But because I can’t have my devices near me because they have to be plugged in across the room that doesn’t do me any good at night. Also, a couple of the outlets did not work so I had to move plugs to another outlet.
They forgot to clean my room on one of the days I was there.
There are supposed to be laundry facilities available to customers. I could see the sign on the room where the laundry facilities are located, but my key did not fit in the lock and I could never find anyone in the office to tell me how to access those facilities.
I couldn’t find much within walking distance as far as places to eat.
