The space
Our place is compact (Approx 16 sqm) studio apartment designed set out with your requirements in mind. It is a small, functional space featuring:
• Large queen-sized bed with linen
• Kitchenette with a toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge ~ no stove sorry, but BBQ and full kitchen facilities are located at ground floor/swimming pool level on the property
• Complimentary tea and coffee
• Flat screen TV
• Sorry no air conditioning but two out of four windows can be opened. Also in-the room is fan and heating.
• Sorry no Wi-Fi is currently available in room
• Full coin operated laundry large washers ($3) and dryers ($3).
• Full bathroom with complimentary toiletries
• Pleasant decor
• Full access to the buildings outside swimming pool
• Security. Swipe card access to pool area, lifts and external door of building (24/7 access with your swipe card)
• Sorry no car parking currently available within the building. On street and off street car carking both covered and uncovered options are available nearby.
Guest access
• You’ll have full and uninterrupted access to the apartment.
• Use of the buildings pool (before 9.00pm).
• If you're coming from the airport, Skybus arrives nearby. It takes about 55 minutes - and what a great way to see some of Auckland on your arrival?! Book online and you'll pay $17pp

The apartment is private and independent of the office in the buildings foyer so please kindly direct any questions to us.

• Please treat the space with care.
• Please be considerate to the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down after 10pm.
• Please report any breakages or damage s as it allows me to repair/replace it in time for the next guests.
