This peaceful house is located 3 minutes by car from the beautiful beach and shops of Villers sur Mer (bakery, supermarket, restaurants etc.) and 15 minutes from Deauville.

With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for up to 10 guests, you can enjoy the heated outdoor pool from May to September, a fireplace, a large garden, a gym, a barbecue, and high-end and warm décor, just minutes from Villers Sur Mer and 15 minutes from Deauville!

Sun loungers allow you to enjoy the pool (32.8 feet by 16.4 feet), the beautiful outdoor table is ideal for meals and aperitifs; the house is also equipped with a barbecue. And the fire-it and sauna will make it perfect for cooler seasons.

Maison Normandy is made up of two Norman houses: the main house of 1,399 square feet (130m2) consists of 3 bedrooms including a Master Bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. It has on the ground floor a living room with a fireplace and a large table that can accommodate 10 people, and the beautiful fully equipped kitchen also includes a large table with benches. The 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor.

The outbuilding of 538 square feet (50m2) is composed of two floors: on the ground floor a single-storey bedroom with a beautiful view of the garden, a living room with kitchenette with Nespresso coffee machine and high table; and on the first floor a second large bedroom overlooking the garden with a desk.

The gym is located in a small house and has a dedicated wellness area (yoga mat, weights, bench).
