Agence Cocoonr offers this charming 55 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool in Aubais, which can accommodate up to 5 people. It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of around 4,500 m². With fibre-optic Wi-Fi, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: a three-berth bunk bed (single upstairs and double downstairs)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private, unheated swimming pool of 17 m³, available from May to October. All children swimming in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual.
- A lovely 4,500 m² enclosed garden with a children's play area
- A 50 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Aubais, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
