On the layout side,

You will access the house organized on one level by a small sloping tarmac path:

You will enter a cloakroom hall then be taken directly into the main room with:

- a living room area with sofas, armchairs, coffee table and wood stove.

- a dining area with 8 seats

The independent kitchen is equipped with all the necessary and essential equipment (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, hotplates, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and utensils, etc.) and flanked by 'a pantry/laundry room with washing machine.

On the other side of the house, a corridor serves the 4 bedrooms, the library lounge and the bathrooms:

- A first bedroom equipped with a 180x200 cm king-size bed and with a pool view

- A second bedroom equipped with a Queen-size bed 160x200 cm

- Separate toilets (2 in total: 1 near the first two bedrooms and the living room, 1 near the last two bedrooms)

- A bathroom with Italian shower, vanity unit and dressing room

- A rest room with library, games and comfortable sofa with pool view

- A third bedroom with double bed 140x190 cm (one side against the wall) and wardrobe

- A fourth bedroom with double bed 140x190 cm (one side against the wall) and wardrobe

- These last two bedrooms share access to a small bathroom with 2 sinks facing each other and a shower.

On the outside, you can enjoy two outdoor dining rooms, comfortable armchairs and deckchairs.
The 3m by 7m swimming pool is unheated and equipped with a removable safety cover.

Please note that, for your comfort:
- The house has WIFI
- SHEETS and TOWELS are provided and installed
- Check-in and check-out times can be flexible (on request) except in the event of crossed arrival and departure.

- A DEPOSIT CHECK is required for each reservation.

The house is located on the slopes of Lake Aiguebelette in ATTIGNAT-ONCIN, so you will be close to:

-the magnificent Lac d'Aiguebelette, a preserved natural lake with emerald green reflections, support for a wide variety of water activities (rowing, paddle, canoe, pedal boat, etc.) – About 5 minutes from the nearest beach by car.

-the city of Chambéry, historic capital of Savoy, rich in a ducal past and a broad architectural heritage – 20 minutes by car.

-the town of Aix les Bains, Riviera des Alpes and Lac du Bourget, the largest natural lake in France – 30 minutes by car.

-the Chartreuse massif regional natural park where you can practice cycling, hiking, paragliding, tree climbing, canyoning, via ferrata… From 5 minutes by car.

ATTIGNAT-ONCIN is also located, by car:
- 40 minutes from Annecy
- 50 minutes from Lyon and 40 minutes from its airport
- 1 hour from Geneva
- 5 minutes from Aiguebelette-le-Lac station served by the TER and 20 minutes from Chambéry station where the TGV reaches Paris in 3 hours.
