«I booked this hotel on 8/24 for their Premium room for a family of six. When I got to the hotel, I was told that they dis not receive the information from Expedia and that the Premium room is not available and we were instead given a deluxe room. I don’t know why they call it a deluxe room because there’s nothing luxurious in that room. The room had a musty odor and the bedsheets were damp. «We stayed at this hotel for 3 days, and unfortunately the room was not cleaned properly. There were cockroaches in the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The TV remote was also missing. Unexpected noises from the building itself and outside like karaoke until dawn. Running children upstairs early morning and late in the evening.
