«Can't say enough about this property. From the welcome by Abdula at the secure gate, we were whisked inside for mint tea, then taken on a guided tour around the property. This is an amazing beautiful home shared with guests. Very quiet due to it being the low season, but we were made to feel at home. Was a nice feeling to hear the gate click shut behind you after the chaos of the Medina. Enjoyed the pool area which has a lovely view over the hillside. Property has a lift which was great ...

«Fantastic place, beautiful, dreamlike! Very good restaurant, service at the réception top!! Best regards Anette😊»

«Overall good, but they charge extra on the taxi, nore then others.»

«A place that feels like home away from home. Love this place.»

Spa var bare for kvinner»

«When you think of a 5-star hotel, you expect quality and good service, but this stay was a huge disappointment. It started well when the male receptionist offered us an upgrade to a larger room, but it only had one “king-size” bed instead of the two doubles we booked. The bed was more like a queen, and we barely slept the first night. He promised to fix it the next day but never did. The second night we had to use the sofa as a bed, and my travel companion slept terribly. We only got a new room ...

«Veldig bra »

«Overall, the hotel is nice and the staff are very, very friendly. Unfortunately, the shower head was terrible and after a long, sweaty day of walking, I was less than thrilled to use it. There were some holes in the duvet cover. Minor things that could make a big difference. But as I mentioned, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.»

«Great place to stay, equiped kitchen, large living room, nice bedrooms, we would have been happy to stay longer here»

«The property appears quite run-down and is in serious need of maintenance and renovation. The washrooms are in very poor condition, with several broken fixtures, and some of the curtains in room are torn. The elevator buttons are unreliable and often need to be pressed several times before they respond. Communication can also be challenging, as many staff members have limited English proficiency. At breakfast, the dishes were not labeled, even though I noticed the food labels stacked nearby ...
