Loved it

Beautiful view
The apartment/condo was nice, but needed some TLC, minor repairs. Examples- microwave touch panel needed repair, difficult to use, no spindle for toilet paper roll, had to find a spot to keep it. Did enjoy our stay.

Great building, very friendly locals! Light in bedroom was broken and there wasn’t a curtain or a rod up in the living room when we arrived… and there’s no parking at this building. Other than that it was a great place to stay with an incredible view! Will stay again!

Clean and neat, loved the ocean view, wish the double bed was bigger, (used to a king) Not enough information given before arriving, eg. we found that the code for the apt. door doesn’t work til 3, we got there a little early and had to call for another code, was nicely surprised though that it was a whole apt. Shame that there was no balcony or outside space to enjoy the beautiful sea air. Would go again now I know how it works

Great location
Vrbo was quick to respond to questions. The unit was clean but the description should say to bring your own towels and soap as bare minimum is given. In the bedroom the chest of drawers was literally falling apart . The bed wasn't the best. The shower was in a weird spot abutting against the toilet and was hard to get into and out without holding onto a flimsy towel holder. The good news is the location is amazing with alot of activities nearby ie. beachside, fishing pier, boardwalk, playground, restaurants. Nice people in the building. For a one week stay considering the location, the Cambridge was somewhat adequate.

RENTER BEWARE
Stay away until and unless the owner/ manager does the following: 1) REPLACES the shattered glass window in the bedroom, which is taped and screwed shut (there are still shards of glass on the window sill). The window is a death trap. It is literally 2 pieces of broken glass held together with tape. It cannot be opened to enjoy the sound of the ocean or to get a fresh breeze (which is needed since residents or renters love to smoke Marijuana in the building). It's a travesty. When I texted the manager/ owner upon check in, I received a tepid apology with an explanation that the prior guest broke the window and they're going to have it replaced; 2) replace the disgusting, should carpet in the bedroom; 3) PAINT the unit in a uniform manner. It's a shame how poor the walls were painted in certain spots to cover up the stains/ markings. It's unsightly. 4) secure the door handles to the bathroom door. It flies off when to open it. 5) replace the broken micro hood that has its handle held together with electric tape. 6) WARN your guests that you can't just park "on the street for free", which is what I was told. There's a nearby block with unmarked spaces that require you to use the Park Mobile app. I was given a ticket on the first day despite the fact there was no sign in the vicinity of the parking spot. The good: Location is nice. Kitchen is adequate. Views are pretty. It's on the Boardwalk.

Was a great stay nice and peaceful no one bothered us . Communication was great ! Very cozy 10/10!
I’d Definitely love to come back and stay here again if I ever come back to New Jersey I enjoyed my birthday weekend stay it was wonderful!

The host communicated well, the Apt had great views & the property was located in a safe quiet upper class neighborhood. Will stay there again!!!

A Meditative Experience!
I came to this location on retreat this winter, and the peaceful tone of the apartment really made my stay sublime. I enjoyed the large windows, the ocean view and the cozy amenities. I would absolutely book again. :)
