Guests will have access to the entire 2nd unit (levels 2 and 3 of the home) - 4 bedroom home with 6 beds during their stay unless otherwise noted.

• Outdoor spaces

• Parking in driveway



Check-in is typically self check-in via smart lock, and instructions will be provided prior to arrival.



Getting Around:

It's easy to access restaurants and destinations by walking or by car. The home is a 10-15 minute drive from casinos but is walkable to the boardwalk and beach.



Other Things to Note:

Bartram Beach Homes is committed to the safety and security of all involved during a booking and we ensure our owner’s homes are also protected. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through our third-party provider, Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification.



We will also be emailing you the short-term rental agreement to sign via PandaDoc. To do this, we will ask for your email address outside of the Airbnb platform so we can send the agreement directly to you. Please sign it prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.



Additionally, to ensure a smooth and secure booking process, the person making the reservation must be the same as the cardholder whose payment method will be used to confirm the booking.

• No parties or events allowed

• Quiet hours: 9pm-8am

• Parking: Driveway and 2 street parking passes

• Pet policy: Allowed for an additional fee

• Beach gear:

• Starter supplies provided: paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags



Starter supplies are intended to get your stay started. Guests may need to purchase additional items for longer stays.
