Not really satisfied
The overall stay was good . The air B&b as was not stated verbally to us at time of reservation on Hotel .com Only later when speaking to cozy . The room floor and walls was very dirty and stained . Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good except no shower head or water pressure . Show boat is a family place for water park no casino very few restaurants and the pool paint was coming off in large quantity not swimable !

Cozy suites when calling customer should WARN NO ROOM SERVICES NO TOWEL AND LINEN REPLACEMENT.. CUSTOMER HAVE TO WASH IT THEMSELVES... WASHER DRYER AVAILABLE BUT HAVE TO PAY TO USE IT NO FREE PARKING 25/DAY ALL ONLINE ID VERIFICATIONS AND PAYMENTS THIS PAYMENT WAS DENIED BY BANK AND I HAVE TO CALL BANK TO RELEASE PAYMENT ONLY ALLOWED 3 PERSON IN THAT ROOM FOR EXTRA PERSON HAVE TO PAY EXTRA THIS COZYSUITES MAY BE OK IF GOING FOR MORE TGAN A WEEK

The hotel was good, but I didn’t like that I had to wait an hour to check in I arrived at 6:30pm and when I went inside to check in I was not in the system. I called the company I spoke with 3 representative and they said they will fix it. They send me an email with the room # after an hour and a half of waiting. Also, when I went to the room it wasn’t the room that I paid for. Horrible experience I will never reserve with them again.

Stupid rental property!
STUPID! What kind of hotel reservation and you to “ describe yourself”? The most stupid hotel reservation of my lifetime! They’ll send you a lot of links to fill some type of “ application” , so their department can decide if they’ll accept you, but not before you “ describe yourself” ( WHAT?) I should mention that after I arrived at the hotel, had to call their department to beg for them to review my application soon because I was already at the hotel ( they had money and I still couldn’t get in) I tried canceling just so I didn’t have to deal with all this b.s and they wouldn’t let me. I’m extremely disappointed that Hotels.com would list this type of property and also gave them my credit card information. DON’T GO!

The location is wonderful, despite the rooms leaving much to be desired. That being said- our room was listed as “sleeps 4” however, at 9am on the day we were to leave for the hotel, we were contacted by CozySuites to inform us we had booked too many people. (We booked 2 adults and 2 children for a room listed as sleeps 4). They informed us our room was actually for 3 people and we would need to pay extra for the extra person. After an hour back and forth, they dropped the issue, and were able to be refunded for the $25 a day parking for the inconvenience, as we were now late leaving. Then the airgarage parking system they use tried to charge us for an extra day of parking, this is still in the process of being resolved, they stopped communicating after I had sent written proof/screenshots that everything was paid in full. They will try and nickel and dime you, do not let them. They can and will give up regardless of what they tell you.

We were told parking was free, but then made to pay for parking upon arrival. We were there approximately 40 hours and asked to pay for 3 days of parking for 2 cars which would be $150. Completely ruined our weekend get away. Triggered a huge fight in our group. One person left. And wasted 2 hours on the phone trying to get help and got NONE! I'LL NEVER STAY AT COZY SUITES OR EVEN GO TO ATLANTIC CITY EVER AGAIN.

Horrible!!! No Front desk. Its for Showboat. They were rude. Gave us the wrong room and we opened door and someone in there!!!! No room service or sheet/towel service. Have to call a 800 number., Worst stay ever!!!

I have never in my 39 years of life had to jump through so many hoops just to reserve a hotel room. Be aware the process is wildly overkill. At some point I had to submit a copy of my drivers license and a selfie; I was genuinely concerned my identity would be stolen. My boss was paying and they wanted a selfie of him holding his card! If I wasn't on the hook for the $$, I would've canceled and paid the $200 to stay next door & not deal with all of it. For $400 for 3 nights, I feel like I don't have much room to speak up, but just a heads up... the best way to describe this room is beat. The coffee pot didn't work. I know they say they aren't related, but the Showboat staff were really unkind and seemed to indicate that dealing with CozySuites was a pain. The shower head might be the worst I've ever used in my life. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible - one of the bulbs next to the mirror was out; it was basically impossible to get ready in there.. The couch arms were broken. The bed frame is so cheap and at one point, the support pieces of wood under the mattress shifted, came off the rail, and I had to try to lift the mattress and put them back (they should absolutely be screwed in, at minimum). The mattress was reallllly worn in and used. Thankfully I spent minimal time in the room. If you don't mind a beat room and need cheap, then this is for you. Anything else, look elsewhere.

My wife and I just got back for a lively weekend get away in Atlantic City where we got to see dancing with the star live! Amazing show! Our cozy suite room at show boat was exactly what they advertise…a “cozy suite”. Check-in was smooth. Parking was included with our reservation. Check-out was even easier. However, my only nit pick would be hot water, new shower head and lighting. Hot water seemed to be an issue in the room that barely came even after 15 minutes of running water. The shower head did not stay up and was being held with what looked like a hair tie. Finally, the lighting… it was very dim light which is great for “setting the mood” but the only light in the room were two small desk lamps. I think a bigger light fixtures would be helpful especially for those who have a hard time seeing in minimal lighting. But to end on a positive note aside from those minor things we loved our time spent there and will be going back very very soon.

Room was dated. Corridors dated and uninviting. Freshly rolled marijuana cigarette rolled and left on floor near bed. Smelled of weed the entire stay. Pictures of rooms slightly misleading. I usually don't post reviews but was not wowed during my stay.

Very run down and old place. First noticed that when leaving the elevator the carpet looked like someone threw a bottle of bleach on it. Got to the room and it smelled strongly and overbearing of weed. So much it was giving my wife and I a headache. They must have known about it because there was a fresh bottle of Febreeze on the bed headboard. Called and was told to try and open the door for awhile and spray the frebreeze. No way that was going to help. Two hours later they called and said they were going to move us with an upgraded room. We paid for a king size bed room and we’re moved two doors down to the same sized room where there was the addition of a couch, table and a refrigerator and a much smaller full sized bed. Even though they said it was going to be a king with a kitchenette. Lots of noise starting early and all day from construction next door. Very limited in the amount of places to eat. The showboat is a ghost town with a go kart track and arcade.

My room was clean and well maintained and reasonably priced. Check-in is at 4 PM sharp and no option to come in any earlier unless you pay.

I was unclear about the room I have booked. I thought it was getting a suite for three folks and not a room for two folks. Also I had to beg for additional towels. Service was reluctant to provide extra towels for three folks in the room.

With a property that has the name suite in it, I'm accustom with having a kitchen in it. There was no kitchen cabinets as the email claimed directly from the property CozySuites. We purchased food with the intentions of cooking sine the email stated pots in the cabinets. Inquired about the issue with the property and the stated an message was sent to Expedia. No message found
