Rent, god standard, nyoppusset, godt fornøyd med rom og innsjekk. Gratis parkering var inkludert med resort fee. Kjørte rett inn i parkeringshus ved ankomst og fikk parkerinskort ved innsjekk som vi leverte i betjent desk ved utkjøring to dager etter. Gratis drink $20 var inkludert i Resort fee. Beløpet ble automatisk fratrukket utlegg som var ført på rommet, uansett om det var drinker eller annet.

1. The condition of the room and furniture and equipments is run down 2. There was a coffeemaker with a cable too short to reach any power source. We had to put the coffeemaker on the floor so we can make coffee by connecting the power cord. 3. No pool/beach towels 4. Dirty windows obscuring ocean views 5. The bedsheets were smelly and torn 6. Good location to boardwalk, place was pretty clean and smoke smell wasnt as bad as other locations. The rooms were clean and somewhat updated. Water pressue sucked in shower. But after 1am, the food options is terrible, only dunkin and they were awful. Waited for over 30 mins for a sandwich and the amount of people waiting was ridiculous

Two nights no sleep. Night 1 someone running up and down the hall yelling for help., Turned out to be a medical emergency. Night 2 Domestic for two hours in the room next to me. When I finally call for security they bang on my door and open it. The room was supposed to be newly renovated and when I complained they said it was newly refreshed. It wasn’t that either. Overall terrible!

Our first room smelled like cigar smoke and urine. Luckily, they did switch our room. The second room smelled much better! But when we got back to our room at midnight, we realized it overlooked the night club, and we had to listen to extremely loud music until 2am.

The room was decently sized but the restroom and shower curtains were dirty and had a smell to them. The curtain had a smell when it would get wet. The room curtains were dusty and stale. It was also extremely dusty behind the bedside table.

The rooms are small and dated. Bathroom had no ventilation. The Casino itself is dark compared to other Casinos on the Boardwalk. Outside Beach Bar and The yard is Excellent. The restaurants on the upper level give small portions of food, and charge too much for a meal. I’ll rate overall experience a 3. Love Mary at the Carousel Bar.

Bally's is a dump. The check in experience was terrible. The person at the desk burped in my face and then said "you know where to go" instead of just giving clear instructions on where my room is located. They let people sleep at the slots... I'd rather put a tent on the boardwalk.

This is not a family friendly area at all. Strangers were approaching us on the boardwalk. Felt unsafe while there. Pool was even 21 ?? The only probably ok thing was the yard located downstairs but they can even upgrade the games.

This property is DISGUSTINGLY outdated. The bathroom was filthy with molded and rusty lighting/ faucet. The walls were peeling and the roof was flaking off from previous leaks. Although it was listed as a nonsmoking room it wreaked of cigarette smoke. I arrived late with an early departure and was EXHAUSTED. While we complained, they didn’t even respond to the complaints! I reported in person and we were offered a Dunkin’ Donuts voucher as the manager’s hands were tied with what he could do. My husband and I have stayed in the past and didn’t think twice on the stay. This was a horrible experience. Do not give them your business.

In our room the closet doors were broken, the dead bolt on door just fell off from stripped screws and chairs were ripping at seams. The dresser was positioned on from My of a giant space where another bed should have been but was not. It was a 8x10 foot space behind dresser. Over all not a place I would stay again. We were in old not new tower.

First time visiting Bally’s, the tower we stayed is the most neglected site. What an awfully experience. It’s an old and smelly tower, the room was a total disappointment . I was expecting something completely different based in the pictures posted. Unfortunately nothing good to say.

Did not like that there was no room service done and news towels not provided. I was unaware that this had to be a request and if there was an extra charge I would never stay here again. I paid over $300 per night. I deserved better.

Do NOT rent a room in the Dennis tower! My room (382) was just above the area called The Yard—a courtyard bar with a live band. The speakers were just below my room and incredibly loud. We could not get to sleep until the band stopped playing for the night. I think any room facing the courtyard would have the same problem. Also, the thermostat did not work, no matter what it was set to and our room was extremely cold. The only way to regulate the temperature was to turn the fan off, which then made the room stuffy because of no air flow

The cleaning staff was amazing! They always asked us what time was best to clean our room. They did an excellent job! The Dennis Tower where we stayed is dated but clean. The rooms are very spacious. Overall a very good experience.

Things were fine, checking in was a bit odd. The person disappeared for 5-10 minutes and then didn't give an explanation why until I asked, then gave us our room keys and didn't tell me where to go or what elevators to take but the room was good!

I am a disabled women who relys heavily on how a property represents themselves regarding the disabled. I didnt realize their ramps were always the farthest distance away from where primary functional areas are. The website didnt say you had to go to a third party to rent a scooter or wheelchair and that you had to rent prior to when you arrive. Then all the restaurants were not conveniently located, so the decision to order room service is a must. No one told us that we wouldnt get all of the food we ordered, and when we called to ask for our money back, the person said they would have to talk with the server. Well i know that i didnt get the chicken wings, and the reference that I was lying is not customer orientated

The Check in staff was rude , unprofessional , poorly trained. They could not even check me in for the right dates or handle me paying the outstanding amount owing in cash. They charged the amount owing upon my check in on to my credit card even though I told them I wanted to pay that amount in cash first When I pointed out the error to the check in clerk and asked her to cancel the transaction , she said she could not. This error by the clerk cost me additional service fees on my card. She did not care. The clerk presented me with a form to sign. I said I I asked to speak to the Manager. The Manager came , listened to my complaint and said the transaction could not be cancelled. During my conversation with the Manager the clerk rudely walked away. The Manager was basically useless. Neither the clerk , nor the Manager apologized. My room was not cleaned the next day , nor were the towels replaced. I went down to the Front desk to raise my concerns about no fresh towels , my bed was not made nor was the room cleaned. The clerk was just as rude as the check in clerk and said they do not make the bed , or replace the towels , or clean the room during the stay. I could get fresh towels if I requested them daily. I had to pay Resort Fees even though the pool and spa were closed , not even a newspaper in the lobby and parking was a additional fee. I received nothing for my resort fees. The Resort Fees should be refunded.Casino Mens Washrooms were horrible.Nomoreroom
