Three bedrooms, 3 full baths

Home features new laminate flooring, open living room and dining room, spacious eat-in kitchen and amazing 360 views from the third floor!!

Rear patio with Bbq Grill and outside shower!

1ST FLOOR
-New laminate flooring throughout home
-Open living room & dining room
-Living room with one twin trundle daybed. There is also an extra Queen air mattress if needed.
-Smart TV- NO cable. Amazon prime & Netflix
-Spacious eat in kitchen
-Full bathroom

2nd FLOOR
-Please note: You will need to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to 2nd floor
-Master bedroom with 1 King Bed & Sofa bed + master bathroom. Smart TV- NO cable. Amazon prime & Netflix
-2nd room with Queen bed
-3rd room with 2 twin beds
-Full bathroom

3rd FLOOR
-Please note: You will need to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to 3rd floor
-Observation room with 360 views of the water!!

Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

I am here for you during your stay, or I can be invisible. It's up to you. If needed, I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Atlantic City is nestled along the coast of New Jersey. This seaside suburban town is known for its scenic oceanside beach as well as its wide selection of entertainment options and casinos similar to Las Vegas.
Boasting a fun-filled boardwalk and a host of local retailers, restaurants, and attractions, Atlantic City makes for a great weekend getaway as well as a place for homebuyers to find a home.

Our home is right next to the Waterfront Park with a playground! Take a morning stroll with your family and enjoy the beautiful view.
We are also steps away from the boardwalk/ beach.

-There is plenty of free street parking at any time! You will not need it as we are steps away from the boardwalk/beach.

-You can also take the Jitney which stops about 1 block 1/2 on Melrose Ave. The Jitney will take you to the casinos and outlet shopping center.

-Uber/Lyfts are also very easily accesible

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site

TRASH
Trash day is Monday. If you are staying overnight on Sunday, please be so kind to take the trash bins out in the backyard to the curb Sunday night. We would really appreciate it! =)

There are 2 Smart Tv's in the home. There is NO cable. We have Amazon prime and Netflix.

STAIRS
Please note that you will have to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to the 2nd room, and 3 flights of stairs to get to the third floor.

PARKING
There is plenty of free street parking.

We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.

If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.

Not a good experience. Gave me wrong codes to get in when we arrived. Took over an hour for them to give me right codes. Gave wrong combination for lock for shed. AC broke. Down. Jackhammers in streets at 8am and major construction in front

Excellent Atlantic City Stay

A group of six of us stayed for a long weekend. The property was clean, spacious, and nicely accommodated. The third floor has a gorgeous view of the water. It was a perfect place for happy hour. The location is just a quick car ride to the casinos. I highly recommend staying here!

AC Trip

We chose this property due to it's proximity to the boardwalk and couldn't have picked a better location. House is just feet from the north end of the boardwalk. Went for early walks without having to drive anywhere. The house had plenty of room for all members of the family. It was very clean and well kept. The observation tower was great to get a view of the bay and the surrounding neighbor hood. Our host stayed in contact with us to make sure we were good with everything. Host gave us opportunities to extend our stay at a discount, we were just sorry that we couldn't take advantage at the time. Definitely will consider on a return trip.

First time in AC

The house was big enough and the bathroom space was great! The house was kept really nice and the outside as well- I have never been the AC so the neighborhood at first seemed sketchy but it was just the city life it was actually a really nice area I would definitely recommend this house to people traveling to the AC. We had some issues with the air conditioning not working but they sent a technician out to fix it which was frustrating because of the air quality when we were there but it did work out and he was a nice guy. They owner is supposed to refund me for the inconvenience this caused when we arrived but I still haven’t seen that as of yet.

Amazing!

My friends and I had a great time at the property. The house was extremely accommodating and it's located very conveniently near the ocean, shops, restaurants and all the attractions Atlantic City has to offer. The host was extremely responsive and answered any questions we had quickly. I will absolutely try to book this house again the next time I visit!
