New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Make your family's vacation memorable in this lovely, oceanfront condo at Dunescape Villas in Atlantic Beach. This condo features all the comforts of home and all the amenities desired for a great vacation! No need to worry about carrying the luggage up the stairs to your condo - there is an elevator and luggage carts available to make for easy access. Imagine yourself basking in the sun around the outdoor community swimming pool while the children frolic in the water. Or follow the walkway to the beautiful, white, sandy beach where you can ride the waves, build sandcastles, or collect seashells!

This condominium offers a comfortable living room that is great for relaxing or cooling down after a busy day at the beach. Give yourself a time out and allow yourself to be carried away by the breathtaking view of the ocean and feel the refreshing ocean breeze as you unwind on the screened-in balcony just off of the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has all major and small appliances, making cooking for the family a breeze. Don't forget: the courtyard has shared charcoal grills for those delightful family barbecues. You'll have great dinner conversations after a fun day at the beach or other area attractions! Gather the family around the dining table with seating for four. If you need additional seating can be found at the countertop or there is a lovely window seat so everyone can join in on the fun!

When it's time for lights out, you have three bedrooms waiting to lull you to sleep. There is a primary where you will find a private bath with a shower stall, ideal for a refreshing shower before turning in. There is a guest room with a queen bed, a private half bath, and a TV. The third room has two twin beds located just down the hall from the primary bedroom.

Don't worry about not having enough beach towels. You will find a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer located in the front screened-in foyer. Additional in-suite amenities include four TVs and a DVD player. The free WiFi access makes it easy for you to post your favorite vacation memories to your social media. Across the street you will also find a day dock with a view so beautiful, you may never want to go home!

Not a bad condo. Has a few minor maintenance issue but over all not bad. The beach was not crowded and was clean. The town has a lot of great places to eat. There's plenty to do close by. The condo where quite and peaceful. No loud guess, or party's. I would like to go back in future.

Spring Get Away

The property was very dated. The lights would not come in two bathrooms and one bedroom unless you tripped fuse box. Had no wifi or netflex for entire stay. Screens blown out on balcony. Broken chair in dining area. Did not received check in info 24 hrs. ahead. Called to get it the night before was on the phone for 2 hrs.trying to get info. Finally it was text to me. Rental office local phone number would not work. Other than that we had a good time.

What a place

Got there and tv problem called 1 persons came couldn’t fix 2 person came out fix it . Coffee pot would not work call again to get a new coffee pot. The had trouble without side door call again someone came out to fix door. Overall it was a good trip.

Great location

This was a truly amazing experience. This property was beautifully located near the beach. Lots of space and updated furniture. This condo has two balconies facing the beach and you could watch the waves from the comfort of the mater bedroom. It was nice to have three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, this made everyone’s stay so much more pleasant. Would go back again!

Wonderful little condo!

My husband and I spent a long weekend at this condo, and it was perfect. It is a nice size for a couple or small family. The walk to the beach was so easy and convenient. The only issue we had was the front bedroom was freezing at night- barely any heat was coming out of the vent. Otherwise it was a great trip at a great location! We would definitely stay there again.

Unsatisfactory customer service. Great location

Poor communication and unsatisfactory customer service with property manager-Vacasa. If you book this rental make sure to verify check in procedure. Made our busy fun weekend of travel lacrosse stressful and frustrating. The rental is adequate but the beds are not the best. Also some additional issues that probably need attention such as microwave and coffee pot. Location is amazing for beach access, great food and great neighborhood.

Convenient location was the only positive!

Fantastic location! This is the first VRBO I have rented that I know I'd never rent again. Living room carpet was old and felt dirty on bare feet and had lots of stains. Balcony off master bedroom was very dirty. Corners of the bathrooms needed cleaned. Ruko TV in the first bedroom didn't work. Ruko TVs are complicated, and they moved slowly and sometimes had long delays when changing channels or media which was annoying. Lamp in twin bedroom did not work. You should provide instructions on overhead lighting and fans noting they are operated by remotes. The lighting remote for the twin bedroom was under the TV with TV remotes - need to put it on the wall next to the switch like the other rooms. Condo did not provide a hair dryer. Every other place we have rented had all the rules and information needed in the unit when we arrived. We did not need to run them down. Most of the dishes were chipped, Teflon pans were all scratched up and there was a hodge podge of glasses & coffee cups. It shouldn't cost much to invest in new sets of each. I guess the problem was it was an assortment of so many things that made this place undesirable. Pool and hot tub were closed - it should be noted in amenities the fact that it closes on a certain date.

Pleasant and cozy villa

We booked this villa for a weekend to celebrate my graduation and Mother’s Day and it did not disappoint! Upon entering the villa, we were impressed by how clean and cute the place was. We love that the balcony was screened in so it was safer for my kids. We also love our view of the pool and beach. This place is in a nice and quiet area. It’s close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other beaches! This place made us feel at home and we can’t wait to go back! We are already planning our next stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was in a great location with easy access to the beach. As a family that cooks in our units the condo could have more dishes for cooking. In addition it could have been a little cleaner, we rewashed all dishes before using them, the shower was covered on soap scum and the couches needed a good vacuum.
