The space
Kick back and relax on the cozy front porch, then step inside to enjoy the warmth of hardwood floors throughout. We recently added a decorative block retaining wall to the yard, giving it a fresh look. The fenced backyard? Perfect for chilling out and enjoying some downtime.

Sleeping Arrangements: Upstairs, you’ll find three comfy bedrooms and two full bathrooms with plenty of space for everyone. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a 43" 4K HDR smart TV, and its own ensuite with a recently renovated shower. The other two bedrooms are furnished with thick, comfy mattresses, and the Jack and Jill bathroom keeps things open and airy. Oh, and we’ve got you covered with extra towels, comforters, and spare sheets, just in case!

Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with brand-new quartz countertops and all the essentials, including small appliances like an air fryer, microwave, and blender. For your caffeine fix, you’ve got the choice of a Keurig or a drip coffee maker. Not into coffee? No worries! We’ve got a small tea selection ready for you.

Backyard: The deck’s got a brand-new BlackStone Griddle, perfect for everything from crispy bacon in the morning to a casual burger night—or even a fancy surf and turf dinner if you’re feeling extra!

Guest Access: Outside, we’ve got devices with audio and video recording, including Ring flood lights and a doorbell, just for your peace of mind. For easy check-in, the Yale smart lock will send you a randomized code on the day of your stay.


PS: We’ve poured our hearts into making the inside of the home super cozy and fully equipped for your stay. We're working on sprucing up the backyard and making some small touch-ups to the front yard. Don’t worry though, they’ll be wrapped up between bookings and won’t mess with your stay or comfort!

House Rules

Trash Days: Monday. If you’d like to help out, feel free to roll the bins to the road—we appreciate it!

Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. We love good vibes, and so do the neighbors—let’s keep it peaceful.

Overnight Guests: For safety and comfort, only registered guests may stay overnight.

Thermostat Love: Please keep it above 68°F to avoid any heating or cooling hiccups.

Plumbing PSA: Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, feminine products, or surprise science experiments!

No Smoking or Vaping Indoors. Fresh air is best—feel free to step outside if needed.

Food & Drinks Stay in Common Areas. Let’s keep the bedrooms cozy, clean, and crumb-free.

Makeup Removal: We got you! Please use the black towels for makeup to keep our white ones glowing.
