This stay is great. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was so very comfortable. I had great sleep. The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of midtown with plenty of dining and shopping around. The restaurant on the lobby floor is actually a great choice as well, so that is also convenient. I would gladly book another stay if the opportunity came up.

This hotel was really nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant on the lobby floor was great as well. This was an amazing stay in midtown ATL and I would gladly book again.

$48 Valet parking is only parking option. We stayed there because it had a rooftop lounge. That happened to be closed the whole time we were there. Centrally located in Midtown, convenient to nothing. We took an Uber every time we left the Hotel. Otherwise, we truly enjoyed the property and our stay!

Nice hotel with excellent staff. A few things lacking include the bath towels which could serve as sand paper or for exfoliation, and the gym which needs to be serviced since the equipment is well worn and squeaky. The staff in the restaurant, valet and at the desk are so friendly and helpful so here’s their shout out.

Nice hotel
All staff were attentive and helpful. Very clean. All amenities in the room were fantastic. My only negative comment is that the mattress seemed old and needs to be replaced - springy, noisy and uncomfortable.

The Renaissance is a nice hotel but nothing special or remarkable about it in any way. There is no “charm” and it was essentially a generic room where we slept. Room was clean, spacious and well located.

I only stayed here because it was a conference hotel, and for being such an expensive hotel, I wasn't terribly impressed. Overall, it was fine, but not worth the money. Felt more like a holiday inn than the fancy hotel it's supposed to be. There were cheerios under the bed and a questionable substance on the bed skirt. They promptly cleaned it up when I asked, but I don't think a hotel at this level should've been dirty in the first place. Everything in the room also felt a bit dated. Staff were very nice, so that's a positive. But otherwise, I can only assume it's so highly rated for the bar and location. There just wasn't anything special about it.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It was clean, easy check in. I just don’t like that they went to valet parking. The first time I stayed there I was able to park my car in the parking deck but they changed it. Other than that, great place to stay.
