Everything the staff is on point I'm very friendly whatever I need is in a timely manner and no one complains no one comes in and complains about the time to do it or the company or anything like that which is nice because if the staff don't like you I shouldn't do this but it's a bad place to be at the staff is not the company you needed it and they're not never heard a bad thing about it makes me feel comfortable that everything is going fine

I arrived at 9:03 pm to check-in. The office was closed @ 9 pm but I saw the staff at the counter. She would not open the door to check me in. So I left and lost the money! What hotel does that!

The stay ended as soon as it started I couldn’t get in the room when I notified the front desk they gave me another room still the key didn’t work and I couldn’t get in there was no help offered and I had to leave

ROACHTEL FROM HELL
1-The rudest, most unprofessional, and meanest ghetto people that I have ever seen being at ANY front desk in US: ANTI-SOCIAL & ALOOF 2-The hotel's hallways and staircases are laced with smelly dumpsters and stinky urine floors, and rotting garbage scattered everywhere. 3-The kids played around untill midnight! Yes...MIDNIGHT!!! in hallways, parking lots riding bikes and playing music with boombox. This place is like a city park playground: day or night!!! 4-Management seems to be powerless and absent when you call to complaint about the noisy and disturbing atmosphere. UNFIT TO RUN THIS PLACE!!! 5-To top it off, last night (Sat 14 oct), at 10:35pm, a black guy opened my room with his "card" while I was asleep. When I confronted him, he said that he works for the hotel. He had a list and his job was to check vacant room..... IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!?!?!. The irony was the front knew that I will check out Sun 15 at 11am. I wonder, if I wasn't present,what would have happened to my stuff?!?! 6-AVOID THIS GHETTO STINKY "ROACHTEL" AT ALL COSTS. 7- I WANT MY MONEY BACK. BECAUSE AM STILL SLEEPY and DISAPPOINTED ABOUT HOW I WAS TREATED. JUST RIDICULOUS.
