I am very sorry to learn your experience was not the best. Please note our hotel is home to many companies such as utility staff who also use our parking lot during their stay. We are again very sorry that made you feel unsafe. Because of our location some rooms face the interstate, and it may be noisy some nights. It's great to mention at check in and we will ensure yours will face the back parking lot. The staff not being friendly is very unacceptable as we train our team to the highest level which should add value to our guest experience.
