During my recent stay at the Crowne Plaza, I encountered several issues that fell short of the brand’s usual standards.
Firstly, the air in the hallway was noticeably heavy, likely due to old carpeting that does not appear to be cleaned regularly. This issue extended to the carpet in the room, which also seemed neglected in terms of cleanliness.
Secondly, the amenities provided were insufficient despite the spaciousness of the room. Soap was available only in the shower, which was inconvenient.
Lastly, the breakfast was quite disappointing in terms of food quality, although the service provided by the restaurant staff was commendable.
Overall, my experience at this Crowne Plaza location was far below the quality I have come to expect from the brand based on my stays at other international locations.
