The AC in my room didn’t work and put a fan in my room but I paid $200 for a night .they wouldn’t transfer me or give me a credit.

First room had wet carpets, smelled like mold, never got cold and had roaches. Second room was dirty when we opened the door but was marked as clean. Third room was the 'best' they claimed to have to offer, and the air conditioning in the bedroom was broken. They lied and said someone would go to fix it and never did. They never answer the front desk phone and tell you they will not authorize you a refund with expedia if you booked with expedia. I was truly not expecting much and they STILL were even worse than I thought, do NOT trust if they try to play nice with you after the fact. Pay the extra money per night to stay literally anywhere else, trust me.

This hotel is convenient and close to where I was going. I love the balcony and courtyard. The hallway didn’t have a fresh scent, the middle elevator was a little shaky during my entire stay. You get a coupon for $10.00 off your meal or drink, that was very nice, I brought Starbucks.

So, trying to stay as neutral as possible: 1. I needed laundry done by the hotel. Their form said in by 9am, back after 6pm. I had my shirts to them by 8:45am, and they were not back that night. When I asked the next morning, their excuse was "they got the laundry in late." Well, *I* didn't get the laundry in late. They also had no idea when it was coming back. My shirts still weren't returned by 9:30 am the next morning when I had to leave for my conference. Thankfully I had one dress shirt that passed the sniff test. It's annoying enough that they completely blew their timeline, but they also couldn't answer when it would be back. 2 - the alarm clock in my room was broken. The top knob you use to turn the alarm on/off was broken off and missing. I didn't bother complaining because you can glance at it and see that it's broken, so if they cared, it would have been fixed. 3 - The shower didn't drain, and the body wash was empty after day 1. I'm a sub 5 minute shower person, particularly when getting up in a time zone 3 hours earlier than mine, so I was taking fast showers. The water was still over my feet by the end of my shower. I think I will not be returning. If the location works for you, the hotel bit was fine, but for $200 a night all in, I'd like laundry done on the timeline they agree to; if it is going be late, clear communication; a maintained alarm clock; and a maintained shower.

I am still waiting on the deposit back. The hotel was very unhelpful that do have the information and said it should come back it’s been 14 days… When I arrived pillows were on the couch. Still, there was no bags in the trash bag area. The towels had red red stains on them. It was only a short stay so I figured why not worst hotel experience ever.

Very dated facility, I’m sure it was nice 10-20 years ago. They try and get you with a $45 valet car service but there is $18 parking garage across the street, DO NOT VALET. Breakfast is the typical nasty hotel buffet.

Although check in says 3:00, we were informed it is actually 4:00. Someone needs to clarify that. I truly don’t know if my original room ever became ready, because after an hour and half of waiting it still was not. My first encounter with a girl at the front desk did not go well. She wasn’t friendly and very rude.However another attendant was very kind and went out of her way to “find” me a room that was available since my original reservation was not ready. I will say, I did find the manager and he was kind and tried to make it right upon my suggestion. Overall, the place is completely unorganized on their checkin. If you need your room promptly, I suggest staying somewhere else.

L'hôtel est dans un environnement pas très pratique. Aucun restaurant dans les environs et le restaurant de l'hôtel n'est pas ouvert pour le lunch. On a accès à seulement des wraps et des salades. L'hôtel lui-même est ok mais un peu vieillot mais, il y a une piscine!

This place was honestly just grimy. Brown spots on my towel. Black spots on my bedding. No hand soap, face wash, or body wash when I checked in. When I asked about soap (had to ask twice and couldn’t reach the desk by phone), they gave me two bar soaps to wash the hands and bodies of three prople. Asked for more soap and was told they were out. How are you out of soap as a hotel??? The sliding bathroom door also had a lock that didn’t work so make sure you’re comfy with whoever you’re staying with. Also tried to order a brownie from the restaurant (fandangle’s I believe it’s called) and had to wait at the bar for over an hour for my takeout order because apparently the kitchen didn’t want to make my order. On top of that valet is $45!!!

The staff specifically Albert, was rude and unprofessional and shouldn’t be in customer service. Teenagers were running up and down the halls between 2am and 7am

This is a facility that looks like poorly managed. For replacing an iron that was out of order took 2 full days. During my 5 night stay, no room services at all. Calling the front desk was hardly pick up. The phone system still uses the name of the hotel that this new owner bought from…

I was overcharged for the stay. I called texted, called and went to the front desk for extra towels and other things. I never received the items. I paid $1000 for two days. I expected more.

Convenient location close to everything we wanted to see and do. The rooms were clean but need to be updated. Our bathtub drained very slowly for some reason. Expedia should also make customers who reserve this hotel aware of the additional $25/day resort fee.

This property was probably great 20 years ago. The pictures make it look nice but it is currently in a state of disrepair. Hot tub has been covered over with a stage and the front desk employees were telling guest that there was still a usable hot tub in the hotel. Furthermore, we ended up changing rooms 3 times due to it being dirty, mold issues and lastly natural gas smell. We ended up checking out a day early because we we’ve had enough. I would highly recommend staying at a different property closer to Olympic park.

Only offer valet parking and was not made aware of this until the day the before trip ($45 a night). I feel like the hotel overall was decent but they nickel and dime you for everything including internet. Also charge you a $100 deposit when you arrive and unsure when I’ll receive that back.

Came for the Shaky Knees festival. Very close and walkable not only to the festival, but prime spots downtown. Hotel was quiet, staff friendly, and a great price especially given all of the activities going on that particular weekend.
