The room was completely dirty, the room door was coming off the hinge, the towel hook in the bathroom was just placeed in the hole . The metal bed made alot of noise . There was red hair in the sheets , the backnof the toilet was drity . My husband's white socks turned black from the floors not being moped in a very long time . When we checked out the next morning and told the lady at the fromt desk our discrepancies other customers joined in and agreed. The icing on the cake was the lady at the deck offering us a candy instead of full refund. Wyndham goes around and buy up all these properties just to expand their portfolio but dont invest in rehabilitation of the properties!

this was the worst stay we've ever had. the room was filthy, and they WOULDN'T clean it. DON'T STAY HERE!!!

Bed was comfortable but the building is old, peeling paint, yellowing fixtures, outdated AC unit. Staff was friendly but I would not stay there again

Thank you for your feedback. First of all, this property has been recently remodeled with brand new furniture, new hardwood floors, and newly painted rooms and doors. I am not sure if you are referring to our property.

Did not like that I could not safely secure the room…ground floor windows would not lock close, sashes and frame were cracked and broken. Safety latch on door had been ripped loose and light bulbs were burnt out…Not a secure safe place to stay!

The hotel has potential. They are doing some renovating. All of my needs were met. Safe area. Close to a few fast food restaurants, a coffee place and a convenient store. Less then 5min by car, even more shopping options. Right off the freeway and close to the college

After remodeling all the furniture in the room had been thrown out. The room was literally half empty and there was no place to sit comfortably. Have stayed here regularly on our way to vacation. We'll most likely find another hotel in the future.

No elevator for the second floor so we had to lug all our stuff up the stairs. The floors in the hall and our room was dirty like someone with dirt on their shoes walked all over.

The tub and bed had hairs in it. There was a “furnace” door that could not close IN OUR ROOM. We were offered another room but it wasn’t any better. Front room TV remote didn’t work. It was only a one night stay but things need to be addressed.

Room was dirty. Previous guest's soap was still in the shower, along with their hair. Bathroom was dirty. Hot water only worked for a minute then turned ice cold, so my family was not able to shower. Lots of hair in the bathroom and the beach hallway/stairway was filthy.

The property had been under renovations. The lobby at checkin had piles of supplies we walked around. The breakfast was a joke. They had run out of coffee and cups and staff wasnt concerned.

The hallways needed to be vacuumed. At 8am no coffee in breakfast area, 6pm we were headed to an event and walked by a room and heard a female screaming and a child with a petrified cry, notified front desk/possible owner and he asked what we wanted him to do..... really?? My husband said call the police - he said let me see whos on the room. Then at 1040am day of check out we are packing up and house keeping comes into room unannounced. If we had planned to stay more than 1 night we would have checked out upon arrival!

As a handicap person this hotel had a second floor, and no elevator had to get clerk to change rooms to first floor room on the first floor was terrible. It looked like somebody just moved the furniture out no place to sit down no table and chairs one desk chair that was broken and you had to sit on the floor to sit in it. It was so low same thing in the bathroom toilet was so low so the hotel needed a few things to be desired. If I would was asked to stay there again, I would say no. Also the continental breakfast was not very good

The room was ok, the water in the shower faded to hot and cold too much, the house keepers need to wear hair nets because there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and main room, towels were worn and had strings hanging off them. But the TV and appliances worked and bed slept well.

FEMALES BEWARE my daughter was approached by a male escort while going to our car. While our room was clean the hall carpet looked like it had not been vaccuumed in a month. I was very glan we had lvp flooring. Breakfast was very basic; not hot foods other than waffles.
