Property says they clean every night. We stayed 5 days. They didn't clean the first day, asked the front desk the second day about cleaning schedule. They said we must've left something on the bed and that's why they didn't clean the whole room. I told them that we didn't leave anything on the bed. They cleaned the second day but didn't restock the toilet paper. We asked for toilet paper the third day and reminded them to clean the room. We came back late and there was no toilet paper and the room had not been cleaned. They didn't clean for the rest of the trip either. The hotel is loud in general. People running through the hallway at 11pm. Chicken nuggets left on the floor next to the ice machine. Pool not working. The front desk staff seemed very nice, but no follow through with cleaning staff.

The property was nice but they charge 32.00 a day to park there which was not mentioned at all. That’s kind of a rip off compared to how much a room is per night. Also they are very expensive for sodas and chips. Much more than any other hotels we’ve stayed at. Will not be visiting that facility ever again.

The room was so filled with a strong deoderizing chemical scent that I immediately started coughing and my eyes were burning. The floors were sticky from whatever was sprayed or spilled in the room and bath. I called the front desk (at 8:15) to also report that the deadbolt lock didn't work on the door and they told me an Engineer was coming up. It was late in the evening and I asked what time the kitchen closed, I had not eaten since breakfast. They told me it closed at 10:00. I called agin at 9:15 since no one had come to the room, waited until 9:30 and tried calling the front desk again and they told me the Engineer had left for the night. I had injured my knee and also asked where I could get ice and was told in hall outside my room. I limped up and down the hallway 3 times thinking I was missing the ice. I later found out there is no ice on the floor. I went downstairs at 9:30 to get dinner before the kitchen closed and was told the kitchen closed early. The manager at the front desk did get me something to eat and ice for my knee so that was a positive. I stayed that night and didn't sleep, had red swollen eyes the next morning and ended up with a sinus infection. I checked out the next morning and now I have received a bill for 3 days. I have called the hotel 4 times to speak to the Manager, front desk explained they transfer me to the Mgr where the phone gets picked up then hung up. Marriott should be embarassed to call this hotel a part of their franchise.

The gentleman that checked me in was pretty dismissive as well as when I checked out early. I let him know it was noisy, the AC unit kept coming on and off, the cover to the outlet under the blue alarm clock was not screwed down and was hanging off.

I really loved the vibe of this hotel, the staff were so great and accommodating. Very business in the day with dim lighting, bar is fun at night vibes. A Great distance for my fellow Instacart travelers that love ordering food and things to their hotel room. My only con is the microwave was in the lobby I like room microwaves. Very walkable my destination was a block away from this hotel. Very close to the airport the Uber got there fast. 5 stars if you need a quick stay. I went to a few hotels my friends were staying in the area and I ended up liking my hotel the best is was more low key in the cut.

clean rooms ,close to attractions, but way overpriced, parking that was supposed to be included ended up costing me 64$ more . Plenty of empty parking 20 or 30 spots, yet front desk could not see fit to make it up to me or cancel and refund so I can go somewhere else ,so I got trapped in ,with bate and switch advertising .

I have many complaints.1st day the housekeeper didn't leave a roll of toilet paper (the roll was emptied) 2nd day the housekeeper didn't clean my room at all 3rd it wasn't no ice on three floors that my son and I checked ( we had to go to the bar and get ice) 4th wanted to order some food young lady said we have no fries. The positive the gym room was amazing. Last but no least I have to let you know that Nahvah B. was so helpful and friendly. She helped my family with catching the train and she was very pleasant. Her energy and attitude made my stay better because I wasn't impressed with Aloft. I forgot for this to be a fancy hotel I couldn't believe it was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.

Loud circus needs improvement
This hotel has the loudest toilets ever. For the price of the room hotel should have smart tvs. And should have Bluetooth speakers like other aloft. Housekeepers are way too Loud in the morning, if you traveling and need a good rest but get awaken by Spanish ladies screaming to each other. And why knock at early morning when people are trying to rest.

For a one night stay of $180, you would expect a lot more. Not only do you have to pay an extra $35 per day for parking (absolutely crazy) there's no vallet included in that. Breakfast was stated as "provided" but you have to pay for the few snacks at the lobby. In our room, neither of the charger ports worked, the TV didn't work, and there was a hole in the sheets... The only good thing I would say about this hotel is the staff was friendly, and it was a good location. If I wanted to pay $200 for a hotel, I would stay at the Westin.

When I checked in they ask me where I going to be in and out my room but didn’t till me the keys dnt work and they had to let me in with a key because they had no keys till I payed for my room so I had to ask them to let me in every time I had to get in
